部屋から遠くに見える海は美しくてとてもよかったし、プライベートプールも子供達は毎日入って喜んでいた。 ただ、部屋の設備、特にシャワーブースと、トイレ、洗面が古く、掃除も行き届いてない感じだった。写真とかなり違っていてがっかりした。トイレットペーパーがなかったり、歯ブラシが置かれてなかったりした日もあった。 ガラディナーがないという事で、ここを選んだが、31日の朝に、パーティがあるから21:00に食堂へ来てくださいと言われ、まあ仕方ないと思ったのだが、実際行ってみると、メニューを出されて、食事をするだけだった。街に出ようと思っていたのでがっかりした。 立地はかなり不便だと思う。ホテルまではかなりの坂を長い距離上って行かなければならない。近くにお店などはない。私達はレンタカーを使ったので、あちこち行けたが、なかったらあまり出掛けられなかったと思う。どこにも行かず、のんびり過ごすには静かでいいと思う。

The room was absolutely dissapointing, Pool was dirty, fridge not opersting door missinf from room, steep hill to get to reception. Not suitable for anyine wishing to have a holiday.I paid 3636.00 for nine nights and never received a refund.

Upon arrival there were many issues. I was very upset. My experience started like this. 1st, I checked in and right away they charged me 2000 “security deposit” then asked to pay for my stay, but I had already paid through Travelocity. After going back and forth they confirmed I had paid. 2nd, they put me in a van and took me to my room 5 minutes away. The girl had like 40 keys and she tried every key and couldn’t open the door. A lady opens the door semi naked. They didn’t know someone was staying there. The lady in the room looked mad and said “the phone doesn’t work, I asked for towels three hrs ago and no one brought them yet.“ So then they told me to wait, the girl left, and came back and said “we are going to put you in another room.” (The room they put me in had insect issues and the guest was moved). There were no towels, phone didn’t work (you had to take a 7 minute hike to the front desk), and the tv did not work. 3rd, they offered free bfast, but it was already included with my reservation. I asked for it at 7 but didn’t bring it until 9. 4th, I went on a trip and when I came back the door was locked and couldn’t access my room. When they opened the main door I found my belongings on a pile outside the room. They said I could stay and 5 minutes later they kicked me out and took me to another room. I paid for ocean view but all you could see was trees. 5th, first 2 days were a nightmare, last 3 were good. Friendly staff, nice room amenities.

แย่มาก จองห้องพักแบบครอบครัว ผู้ใหญ่ 8 คนเด็ก 2 คน จ่ายเงินเต็ม โทรยืนยันการจองกับที่พักเรียบร้อย มีใบยืนยันการจอง (จองเข้าพักวันที่ 29-30 ธ.ค) พอวันเข้าพัก โรงแรมก็แจ้งว่าไม่เคยได้รับข้อมูล และอ้างว่าเพิ่งมาทำงานใหม่ทั้งทีม มาถามว่าเราคุยกับพนักงานชื่ออะไรไว้ ทำแบบนี้ เพื่อจะรับคน walk in ในราคาที่สูงกว่า พนักงานทั้งโรงแรมไม่รู้อะไรเลย ขนาดชื่อโรงแรมยังบอกว่าไม่รู้จัก พนักงานต้อนรับ แม่บ้าน ถามอะไรก็บอกแต่ว่าไม่ทราบ เพิ่งมาทำงานทุกคน บรรยากาศรอบๆ โรงแรม เหมือนรกร้างมานาน ห้องรับรองแขกเป็นห้องเก็บของ สกปรก ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดมานาน แต่ยังเปิดให้แขกเข้าไปนั่ง เสียเวลา เสียความรู้สึก มีพนักงานคนนึงบอก ปกติไม่มีแขกเข้าพักหรอก ก็สมควรกับสภาพโรงแรมที่เห็น อย่าหลงเชื่อรูปที่รีวิวไว้นะ ปล.เราเสียดายไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปมาลงให้ดู เพราไปถึงที่นั่นแล้วไม่มีห้อง ต้องวุ่นวายหาที่พักใหม่ แนะนำให้หาที่พักที่อื่นกันนะคะ

The staff sevice was really awesome. The food prices in the resort restaurant were high. Nearby not much eating option. The resort could be maintained more cleaner

We were disappointed with our stay. The location is not amazing it’s right at the top of a very steep hill so there’s is literally nothing to do especially at night time,a unless you want to be spending lots on taxis. However this did mean the views were great from the pool in our room. The hotel services were not as advertised either. There was no WiFi in our room, we raised this with reception but they just said there is but will look into it tomorrow not ideal when your checking out tomorrow. We were around a 2/3 minute walk from reception so I believe we were just too far for the WiFi to reach, considering all of our party couldn’t connect to WiFi. They also advertised in the listing as having spa services, they were no existent and seemed to be under renovation, yet this was not stated in the listing and no compensation provided. We paid for an American Breakfast Set, which cost 300 baht. It was very disappointing and not as described. Selection of fruit was just watermelon, it arrived cold, things were missing/wrong, didn’t really resemble an American breakfast - why was there salad? Overall do not recommend getting the breakfast over priced and bad quality so bring breakfast items with you. Most of the hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. However we were not happy being called twice and woken up at half 12 in the morning by reception regarding paying a mini bar bill they had forgotten to give us for 150 baht. Very annoyed as had given 1000 deposit.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν διαφορετικό από αυτό που είχα δει στις εικόνες του site σας. Μόλις φτάσαμε μας ζητήθηκε 2000 baht για εγγύηση!!! Ενώ η πληρωμή μου είχε γίνει ηδη με κάρτα. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που μου ζητάνε κάτι τέτοιο. Βέβαια πήραμε τα χρήματα πίσω αλλά υπήρχαν στο δωμάτιο ελλείψεις από πιάτα, σπασμένο καδρακι που φοβόμασταν ότι θα κρατηθούν από την εγγύηση παρόλο που δεν είχε γίνει από εμάς. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο. 2 στις 3 μέρες τα αυγά ήταν σχεδόν ωμά. Πολύ μακριά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Καμαλα αυτό μας ανάγκασε να νοικιάσουμε αμάξι. Ο κύριος που είναι στην νυχτερινή βάρδια ειρωνικός και στο μοναδικό μας αίτημα να έρθει κάποιος από την reception να μας πάρει με τα πράγματα γιατί έβρεχε και έπρεπε να περπάτησουμε έναν δρόμο κατηφορικό μέχρι την ρεσεψιόν. Έπρεπε να είμαστε εκεί στις 7:00 το πρωί για να πάρουμε το βανακι που θα μας πήγαινε στο λιμάνι. Από τις 6:30 τον καλουσαμε και τελικά 7 πάρα 5 κατεβήκαμε μέσα στην βροχή το μονοπάτι. Τελικά είδαμε ένα βανακι να ανεβαίνει. Το βανακι αυτό όμως δεν ήταν του ξενοδοχείου αλλά της εταιρίας που θα μας μετέφερε στο λιμάνι. Καθόλου επαγγελματίες και καθόλου συνεπείς. Επίσης η πετσέτες δεν ήταν κάθε μέρα σε αριθμό ίδιες. Δηλαδή αντί για 2 πετσέτες ο κάθε ένας είχαμε 1.η πισίνα ωραία παρόλα αυτά αν και όχι το δωμάτιο το οποίο έκλεισα. Οι τοίχοι στο δωμάτιο με υπολοιματα μαύρα από παπούτσια. Το υπόλοιπο πρωσοπικο ήταν ευγενικό αν και κάνεις δεν μιλούσε αγγλικά οπότε η συνεννόηση μας ήταν ένας Εφιάλτης. Δεν θα το πρότεινα ποτέ!

Don’t stay here. We had a 3 bedroom pool villa and there wasn’t one thing we liked. The lack of toilet paper, towels, hand towels, robes, tissues, menu or folder of hotel options & services, outdoor furniture etc I can almost accept. But the lack of hotel hygiene and cleanliness and rude and aggressive attitude from the manager and owner is unacceptable from any hotel in the world. I requested a refund after finding the disgusting conditions of the room. The main few issues that turned me off staying here was blood on the bathroom wall, hair on the floors and tic like insects on the kitchen bench to only name a few. This is obviously the standard set by the hotel and having 3 kids with me I wanted out ASAP. The hotel refused any refund and became quite aggressive towards me. I paid $1300 for 3 nights and left after 1 even though I was going to be $860 out of pocket. Also don’t be fooled by the pool aspect of the 3 bedroom pool villa as the pool is only knee deep. The view however was quite good and I feel for some of the staff as they were quite nice. The hotel have of course denied all these claims but they can’t deny the pics that I’ve already forwarded to Expedia. And thanks to Expedia who have agreed to a partial refund. I spent the remaining nights at Remada in Patong which was absolutely amazing in comparison

The hotel was a mess. I wouldn’t give it one star even. I ask for a refund but all what they want is the money. The bed covers after the cleaning, have a blood spots. The service lady stole the money for my breakfast and front desk expect me lying, they insist to cover her up and take my deposit until i start shouting.

The suite was very nice, with amazing views but the location was not very good

Great place to relax from crowded place such as night clubs. we enjoyed the private pool. Food sent to our room was great. Very clean room and comfy bed. The only thing that bad was the taxi trip to the city. 8mins cost us 400baht each trip. if hotel have their own private driver we would have stayed for 5 days instead of 1.

We stayed here as the original hotel we had booked closed due to the weather. If you are not a fan of steep hills then do not stay here at it is at the very top of a very long, high, steep hill. We arrived late due to our flight and the hotel did not help us at all with our bags. The rooms are very nice and are big but you are miles away from anything. Our air con unit was constantly dropping and even though we called reception a number of times, this was never fixed. When we went down for breakfast, it was completely empty and the only option was toast! We were meant to be here for 3 nights but after 1 night we left and went to a different hotel. I would never return here. Save your money

第五次到芭東旅遊，這是我住過最可怕的洒店。 洒店大堂沒有燈沒有人歡迎，找了很久才找到大堂。 到房間裝修十分殘久，跟Hotels.com 的相片不一樣，相片看到廚房能煮食，但現實是不能煮食。露台門口不能鎖，但很容易就能入侵。 早餐地方沒有燈，坐椅好像有蟲子咬，我有禮貌地跟員工說早安，員工面無表情指著早餐牌，早餐只有五個選擇。自助區的麥包動一動有小蟲子飛出來。

屋子很大，很舒適，但是泳池一大早水面就有些小昆蟲

Udmærket værelser med masser af plads. Egen pool og god udsigt. Personalet kunne ikke engelsk eller thai, mange af dem kom fra Myanmar. Dem der kunne var hjælpsomme, men de var sjældent tilstede. Morgenmaden var lavet til de kinesere der boede på en del af på hotellet, og det betød reelt at der var toastet brød i 10 dage.. der kunne også vælges en omelet hvis der var personalet i nærheden. Rengøringsniveauet var under middel, det var simpelthen ikke godt nok.. Der var ca. 5 km. Til Patang Beach så man bør gøre op med sig selv om det er det værd. Det var det ikke for os. Hôtel dans un piteux état, pas du tout entretenu et c'est très dommage car l'environnement autour est très beau et très calme. L'hôtel est sale que ce soit dans les chambres ou les parties communes ( ascenseur , couloirs, escaliers, hall d'entrée. ... ) et la piscine privée de la chambre était dans le même état. L'état de l'hôtel à même fait fuir des touristes à peine arrivés ... Nous avions choisi formule avec petit déjeuner mais quelle erreur, les plats sont envahis de moucherons. Rapport qualité prix très mauvais, la chambre dans cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le prix payé. Nous avons été très déçu et ne recommandons pas cet hotel. Mefiez vous des photos. Il y'a beaucoup mieux et beaucoup moins cher aux alentours.
