バトンビーチのメイン、バングラから徒歩1分、寝ないで遊びたい族には最高。スタッフもフレンドリー。賑やかな繁華街のど真ん中。夜中まで遊びに不自由しない。部屋は当り外れがあって、窓なしもある。そんな時は頼めば交換してくれる。全部の部屋ノマドからの見晴らしは期待しないこと。

値段の割に良かったですなぁ〜。小さいけどプールもあってのんびりできました。立地が良かったなぁ〜

立地が良かった。しかしバングラロードの音が少し気になる。ビーチタオルが少ない。料金のわりには良い。

場所は夜遊ぶなら最高。 他は金額通りのホテルなので、そこを理解して予約した方が良いかと。

The location was good. The service was the worst Ive had in 20 years staying in Phuket. The Rooms had Mold in the Bath Rooms. Cockroches running around the bed room. Curtains were not block out and woke us up at 6am daily. We asked for extra pillows and Extra toilt rolls, No it was not a hotel policy. The swimming pools tiles were Brocken every where it was an accident waiting to happen very dangerous. On day 15 off our 20 day stay the Bar was closed each afternoon because the Hotel had been sold and was closing down for months. Day 17 I was threatened with a fine or removal from the hotel because my Aircon was on 16 deg, another Hotel Policy aircons not to go below 20deg never heard anything like it. Totally Discussted Expedia, why were we not told about these Hotel issues 🤔 Never again. I have all photos 📸 to back this up and a copy of the thretening letter.

Close to every thing but stops there At no time were we told about what temp the aircon was to be . Bar refused to stock our drinks once we drunk them out off bar . Hotel had no connection we us in many different areas Hope the new owners change things around

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in the room was in need of painting the window leaked water in the shower sprayed over the toilet not me ! The very small balcony never got cleaned. The breakfast was rubbish the bar was not stocked well and they said we are going to renovate so not stocking. The staff were good but on the whole my experience was not

The property needs maintenance. The Pool especially as it has many broken tiles that are very sharp. There are no ladders to aid getting out, only a high step. The water never seemed really clean and clear. There seems to be many rules and regulations that are a bit odd. Asking for extra pillows, towels, toilet paper was always a hassle and you could only have maybe one extra. The breakfast was very basic with limited options. I had a major issue with my room when checking in as it wasn't the room I was expecting from the photos I saw when first I booked. A after a number of phone calls between the hotel, Expedia and myself it was finally resolved and I was given my desired room. Not without a further two hour wait time to check in. The room was pleasant enough once I got settled but a hassle to begin with.Would I stay again or recommend the hotel? No.

Hotel needs a much needed renovation particularly the pool area To advertise a “balcony” it really should be able to hold a chair , the noise level from outside was horrendous The reception staff were lovely Cleaning staff lovely

Buen hotel, cuarto amplio y limpio. Buena cama y ducha con buena presión y agua caliente. El desayuno después de tres días dejamos de ir y preferimos desayunar en otros lados, no es q sea malo pero es repetitivo y si te quedas varios días pues no es una opción. Se escucha de noche el ambiente de Bangla rd. El staff es amable y atento. Cerca de todo.

Katastrophe! Gebucht "Deluxe Studio" 40m² & 2 Betten Kingsize. Bekommen: kleines Zimmer unter 30m² & nur 1 Bett. Rezeption sehr frech bei Reklamation: "Wenn Hotel nicht gefällt, gehen sie doch!" Kein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Mobiliar schrottig, Frühstück unterstes Niveau. Haben viel Erfahrung in Thailand: das war das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel: nicht buchen!

Hotel mediano. Boa localização. Maior problema foi que o colchão de mola extremamente duro.

The receptionist were very rude & not professional. They are not feeling wrong after they did. Room is fine & good location & convenient. This is the only reason I stay here. House keeping also nice staff . Just the receptionist were impolite made me feel not well.

2 minutes walking from Bangla road

The rooms advertised are the deluxe rooms and not all rooms. There is no poolside bar as advertised, the breakfast is very very poor, rooms are very basic, hot water is supplied by a thermostat in your shower. The staff are the best thing about the hotel. The hotel is not as advertised or even close
