パラダイスビーチリゾートサムイ

メナムビーチに中心街から徒歩２０分くらいのとこにあり、メインロードまでは約１０分の静かなリゾート。最初は、何にもなさ過ぎて不安になった。何かの手違いで予約した部屋が取れてなかくて違う部屋になってしまい、スイート４泊がプレミア２泊とバンガロー２泊になった。差額分を食事券やドリンク券でフォローしてくれたが、環境に対する不安もあってかなり不満に思っていた。が、レストランの食事はすごく美味しいし、スタッフは親切でフレンドリー。何もない事が心地良くなってきて、いるだけで楽しい気分に変わって来た。朝食の時には、ゲストリレーションの方が一組ずつアンケートを取り、拙い英語でもゆっくりと時間を取って聞いてくれ、リクエストにも迅速に対応。Wi-Fiの調子が悪いと伝えると、その日の内に新しいアンテナを部屋の近くに設置してくれた。ゲストが快適に過ごせるように、スタッフが一丸となって努力してる姿に感動。今回は４泊だけだったが、次はもっとゆっくり滞在したい。

We had room 109, wonderful location, the villa was totally comfortable. Great firm bed and comfortable pillows. The breakfast’s had a large variety, great dining area situated along the water and beach The grounds are beautiful, full of vegetation and walking paths. The staff are remarkably kind and helpful

I don’t know how this hotel is 4 stars! Starting with the good, check in experience was great, we were staying at the paradise beach resort as part of our honeymoon and the staff gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine and did a nice setup for the room. The views from the hotel are really nice and the pool is clean. They also provide a kayak, paddle boards and bicycles to borrow with no extra charge. They have a paid shuttle that goes everyday to fishermans village and chaweng. Now to the bad. We cannot get over how old the room is. The bathroom sink was basically broken and the shower head was moldy. Some of the hotel staff are very cheap and wouldn’t even provide drinking water other than the one bottle you get a day. We also asked them to refill the shampoo and lotion in the room but they didn’t, we ended up buying our own because anyway the ones they have were very cheap and bad, the shampoo even smells bad that they provide. The mattress is stiff and it made me and my husband both very itchy. We also asked for a breakfast box the day we checked out as we were leaving the room super early but they claimed we never requested it ( seems like the hotel would do anything to save a couple of extra dollars). In conclusion, for the price we paid, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as I am sure there are so many other hotels in koh samui that would have a waaay better experience for the same price.

Awesome stay

Staff were excellent, courteous and helpful, rooms were constantly looked after. Breakfast was always phenomenal.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Innenbereich mit vielen Pflanzen, Zimmer sauber und geräumig, Poolanlage und Strand traumhaft. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Anlage weiterempfehlen.

Ayez une voiture si vous prenez cette hôtel ! Et surtout ne vous attendez pas à un petit dej de fou ..on est rester 1 semaine ! On en pouvais plus !! Ayez des anti moustiques, sinon dans l’ensemble c’est correct !

perfect for a quiet stay as mae nam beach is out of the way of the more busy areas and nightlife, however this was a plus for us, staff are amazing and super friendly, one pool was closed for re-work which we where only told of after booking, it was not a major set back but meant a lot of time spent on the beach side of the property is lost as the view was amazing

We had a lovely time at Paradise Resort. The staff could not do enough for you especially at the restaurant. Muchi, Tah, Naay and Nam were really lovely, understood what we liked and always smiling and happy to help. Special mention to the chef. We are all vegetarian and she made us lovely food. The room was large and wonderful balcony. Gardens are immaculate with lovely fragrant flowers. The pool areas are clean. We stayed mainly at the large pool near the beach. Beach area is interesting as you go down the steps directly into the sea which was warm and calm. Overall a wonderful stay

Wir hatten 5 perfekte Tage im Paradise Beach Resort. Das Garden View Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war modern, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Besonders toll fanden wir die ruhige Lage, den eigenen Strand und die ideale Größe des Resorts – nicht zu groß, nicht zu klein. Für uns war es ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely hotel if you want to stay in resort or not too bothered about outside dining choices/shops etc. The hotel runs a cheap shuttle into Fisherman’s Village but only at 5pm and 6pm. You then sort your own taxi back which is easy but approx £8-10 so if you want to go out every evening it might be annoying. Our room was lovely and pool areas etc nice. Unfortunately our daughter and quite a few other guests cut their toes on sharp tiles in the larger swimming pool by the beach so maybe this needs to be renovated soon. We only spent 1 night here before flying from Koh Samui but everything was very clean, modern, rooms are very spacious with robes, toiletries and large TV. We were also upgraded to a premium room with a hammock outside which was a nice touch. Staff were lovely and very helpful at reception helping us sort shuttles, airport transfer etc. We saw an advert for a cooking lesson which also looked lovely. Massages are exorbitant here! More than twice the price anywhere else I’ve seen so didn’t bother.

Lindo hotel de playa , servicial personal, amables, un poco alejado del fisherman que es muy lindo para tragos, cenar y compras, masajes, pero tienen en el hotel dos shuttles diarios de poco pago La playa no es la mejor de ese lado de la isla pero no está mal, volvería a ir .
