非常好，外國經理每天早上都會過來問你睡得好不好，非常貼心，所有員工都非常有禮貌，一直都在微笑幫助你。有獨木舟玩，150泰銖一個小時，但是我們玩了幾個小時還是只收我們1個小時的錢！住的villa非常乾淨舒服，下次來還會再住這裡的！只是自助早餐種類不多，基本只有麵包沙拉雞蛋飲料那些，其他什麼炒飯炒粉香腸土豆那些要看菜單點才做給你吃。

This hotel was awesome! Best hotel we had our whole trip in two countries. We originally were only staying 3 days, but stayed here 3 more based on how nice it was. Super friendly staff, spotless rooms, awesome breakfast, steps from the shoreline. Had bikes for us to use, paddleboards, and kayaks or no charge. It is a little off the main road which is great as it is quiet at night! They have a shuttle for a small fee or you can rent a car or scooter/motorcycle. Have your international drivers license though to be safe. If there was one thing that could be better, it would have been a gym/weight room which they said they are getting. We will be back!

Unglaublich tolles Personal, sauberes Zimmer, super Frühstück inkl. Egg Station, tolle Pools!

Værelset var super fint, pænt og hyggeligt indrettet og rent. Rengøring hver dag med nye lækre håndklæder både til værelset og til poolen. Personalet virkelig søde, venlige og serviceminded. Morgenmaden rigtig god og meget forskelligt at vælge imellem. Begge pools rigtig gode, både til børn og voksne. Gode solsenge og på intet tidspunkt var der mangel på pladser. Hotellet ligger lidt langt fra markeder osv, men der ligger hyggelige restauranter langs stranden. Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt hotel, og vil til enhver tid anbefale det til andre. Vi rejste 2 voksne og 2 børn i april 2026.

Allt var super. Riktigt bra lekrum för barn. En större rutschkana och Concept2 maskiner i gymmet istället för budgetmärke hade gjort detta till 10.0/10.0.

Skønt personale, dejlig lokation, smukt hav, lækker og ren strand, virkelig grønt og frodigt, nemt at være. Godt til børn, meget roligt.

Et overraskende godt hotel med gode faciliteter, god mad og venligt personale. Der findes IKKE en egentlig strand foran hotellet, men det gjorde ikke det store for os. Turkoordinator prøvede at snyde os i forbindelse med skader på vores lejede scooter på trods af billedemateriale. Hendes adfærd kan ikke anbefales.

The staff were above and beyond, we haven't had one bad interaction with any staff member they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious and provided every amenity you could need. We had no issue with any part of this holiday and we hope to return one day

We had room 109, wonderful location, the villa was totally comfortable. Great firm bed and comfortable pillows. The breakfast’s had a large variety, great dining area situated along the water and beach The grounds are beautiful, full of vegetation and walking paths. The staff are remarkably kind and helpful

I don’t know how this hotel is 4 stars! Starting with the good, check in experience was great, we were staying at the paradise beach resort as part of our honeymoon and the staff gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine and did a nice setup for the room. The views from the hotel are really nice and the pool is clean. They also provide a kayak, paddle boards and bicycles to borrow with no extra charge. They have a paid shuttle that goes everyday to fishermans village and chaweng. Now to the bad. We cannot get over how old the room is. The bathroom sink was basically broken and the shower head was moldy. Some of the hotel staff are very cheap and wouldn’t even provide drinking water other than the one bottle you get a day. We also asked them to refill the shampoo and lotion in the room but they didn’t, we ended up buying our own because anyway the ones they have were very cheap and bad, the shampoo even smells bad that they provide. The mattress is stiff and it made me and my husband both very itchy. We also asked for a breakfast box the day we checked out as we were leaving the room super early but they claimed we never requested it ( seems like the hotel would do anything to save a couple of extra dollars). In conclusion, for the price we paid, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as I am sure there are so many other hotels in koh samui that would have a waaay better experience for the same price.

Awesome stay

Staff were excellent, courteous and helpful, rooms were constantly looked after. Breakfast was always phenomenal.
