隠れ家のようなこじんまりとしたホテルでした。全体的に広くは無いですが、隅々まで清潔で快適に過ごせました。特に朝食が美味しくておすすめです。２泊目は朝食スタートが思っていたよりも遅く、食べれずにチェックアウトしなければならず、朝食ボックスをお願いしました。パンとバナナでしたが、ありがたかったです。また、宿泊したいホテルです。

バスタブつきの部屋を予約したが、スタッフのミスでバスタブなしの部屋で一夜をあかした。差額をもらいましたが確認をしっかりやって貰いたかった。

清潔でコストパフォーマンス良し ターペーゲートから歩いてすぐの便利な場所にあるが路地に入った所にあるので静か 緑が多くていいがその分蚊が多く2階以上のバスタブ付きがおすすめか 設備も整っているし朝食もパンあり郷土料理ありでよし ただし安くて便利なので仕方がないが マナーの悪い家族連れが我が物顔で大騒ぎしているのにはウンザリする

Tout était parfait ! L’hôtel, ses prestations, son personnel, le petit dej, l’emplacement. Rapport qualité prix imbattable

The staff were friendly, breakfast was average but sufficient, room was large, and the location is very convenient. There are complementary mosquito repellent / bicycles at the front desk which makes the hotel feel very warm and welcoming. The only issue was the drainage venting into the washroom. I would rebook when I am in Chiang Mai next.

Fantastic little hotel in an ideal location. Spotlessly clean with good breakfast choices. A little oasis in the centre of town. Well appointed rooms. I couldn’t fault anything.

Staff great, rooms are very nice, only elevator have broken but it happens, nice small breakfast!

The staff were courteous and helpful. They advised me on the best local place for a foot massage. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed for the 1 night stay. And the breakfast was on point, especially the fresh, fresh mango.

Reception was pleasant abd answered all my questions. The room i stayed in was large and comfortable. It is well located. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice.

First time staying at POR and definitely returning. All of the staff were friendly, they provided service with ease. In particular; Daniel, Kuku, and Ema went above and beyond to give us extra assistance with planning and organizing our itineraries, always with a warm and friendly disposition.

Nice hotel with a great location that’s convenient for shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are a little small based on US standards. However overall the rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable.

After a 6 night stay we did not want to leave. So very clean and comfortable and in a great position to explore the city. All staff are a credit to the hotel and are interested in finding out what you got up to during the day. Breakfast was top notch. We had a room with larger bathroom , this hotel is one we will always remember and hope to return to. Allan and Trish, Scotland

It was an excellent stay because of the staff, all the staff working were genuinely wanting to make your stay the best it could be. They were kind, thoughtful but not intrusive. The bed was a bit hard for my liking however I would recommend and come back to stay time and time again because of the service we received.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and tidy. Great breakfast buffet each morning that staff were happy to start a little earlier if you were up and out early in the morning. Snacks/hot drinks and juices available throughout the day. Pool area very clean and tidy. Views from room towards the mountains or over Chaing Mai were great.

I stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience at this property, especially thanks to the fantastic staff. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned a room on the ground floor, but I requested a room on an upper floor. Even after settling into the original room, the manager returned within a couple of hours to move me to a higher floor, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff took the time to explain each local dish to guests, encouraging everyone to try them all. Their hospitality was exceptional! As for the location, it's perfect—right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance, including the Thapae Muay Thai arena and three out of the four most recommended temples. I just wish I could have stayed longer
