주말에 묵었는데, 선데이마켓이 바로 앞이고 왠만한 명소는 도보로 이동 가능한 위치가 맘에 들었어요

First time staying at POR and definitely returning. All of the staff were friendly, they provided service with ease. In particular; Daniel, Kuku, and Ema went above and beyond to give us extra assistance with planning and organizing our itineraries, always with a warm and friendly disposition.

Nice hotel with a great location that’s convenient for shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are a little small based on US standards. However overall the rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable.

After a 6 night stay we did not want to leave. So very clean and comfortable and in a great position to explore the city. All staff are a credit to the hotel and are interested in finding out what you got up to during the day. Breakfast was top notch. We had a room with larger bathroom , this hotel is one we will always remember and hope to return to. Allan and Trish, Scotland

It was an excellent stay because of the staff, all the staff working were genuinely wanting to make your stay the best it could be. They were kind, thoughtful but not intrusive. The bed was a bit hard for my liking however I would recommend and come back to stay time and time again because of the service we received.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and tidy. Great breakfast buffet each morning that staff were happy to start a little earlier if you were up and out early in the morning. Snacks/hot drinks and juices available throughout the day. Pool area very clean and tidy. Views from room towards the mountains or over Chaing Mai were great.

I stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience at this property, especially thanks to the fantastic staff. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned a room on the ground floor, but I requested a room on an upper floor. Even after settling into the original room, the manager returned within a couple of hours to move me to a higher floor, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff took the time to explain each local dish to guests, encouraging everyone to try them all. Their hospitality was exceptional! As for the location, it's perfect—right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance, including the Thapae Muay Thai arena and three out of the four most recommended temples. I just wish I could have stayed longer

This place is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Very cozy feel, staff is awesome, breakfast is awesome, pool is awesome, location is awesome, room is awesome!

Great location tucked away on Sunday Shopping Market street. It was amazing to watch the small street turn into a large shopping, food and entertainment center in hours and gone the next morning. Thank you to the staff who had answered all our questions, offered suggestions during our stay and were so personable. We recommend this hotel highly!

A experiência foi maravilhosa, tudo lindo, organizado, limpo, bem cuidado, todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã delicioso e super variado, com comidas típicas do oriente, foi surpreendente! Nosso quarto era grande, cama confortável, tinha banheira, um patio, muitos eletrônicos disponíveis (TV, frigobar, climatizador, ar-condicionado, secador, anti-mosquito...), além de tudo ser muito digital. O hotel está localizado no coração de Chiang Mai, próximo de muitos templos, feirinhas, restaurantes, lojas, farmácias e mais. Tem bicicletas para locação.

Super schönes und perfekt gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel schaut sehr gut zur Umwelt (kein Plastik - wichtig und leider ungewohnt in Thailand…, Recycling-Möglichkeit selbst im Zimmer). Auch das Morgenbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und sehr fein. Preis-Leistung ist sensationell. Wir werden das Hotel bei einem weitern Chiang Mai-Besuch definitiv wieder buchen!
