ザ・ベイクリフ・レジデンス

パトンビーチの外れであったことからとても快適に過ごせました。是非、次回天候のよい時期に行きたい場所です。スタッフも対応よく、部屋も清潔でした。

I like the general area and the amenities offered at The Baycliff Residence however there is a large difference in room quality and we stayed in an older front area this time but I will and suggest to go back to the rear next time.

I grunden hög standard men till viss del eftersatt underhåll - troligen pga pandemin. Ligger i ett område som är under utveckling med delvis halvfärdiga/övergivna lägenheter - men som sagt post pandemin. Läget är dock lugnt med mycket fin vy över vattnet. Det är ca 10’min promenad till liten fin strand o 10 min med taxi till patong strand. Mycket bra service och mycket prisvärt - vi betalade ca 40 000 SEK för ca 125 kvm 3 sovrum och altan mot vattnet under 16 dagar inkl jul och nyår

The three rooms and toilets were clean and tidy. The furniture was complimentary of the room, and made it feel homely.

We stayed here for 5 days with friends. Got 3 One bedroom, 1 Two bedroom and 1 Three bedroom suites. Location is about a mile away from Patong Beach which is very congested. I’m glad we stayed a bit further from the town but it’s only a 300baht ride/ 5 mins away. There’s also a few places to eat across the hotel so no need to go far. There’s a guard at the entrance which made us feel safe as well. Rooms are very spacious yet a bit outdated but pool area is great. Fitness room and sauna needs to be updated as well though. That part of the hotel is very run down. Overall an okay stay and you get what you pay for.

Jeg havde bestilt et værelse til 3.da vi kommer frem, er der kun en seng, og vi skal betale for et værelse mere, prøve at forklare demat jeg havde booket for 3 men det var de ligeglad med. Da vi ser på værelset, kan man se skimmelsvamp og der lugter, så sender hun en rengøringsdamen op med en duft frisker men takket være Hotels.com., som var med til at hjælpe os med at finde et nyt Hotel. For de kunnne godt høre at det kke op til det de ønsker vi havde bedt om. Og betalt for. Og det de prøve selv havde tale med dem i receptionen, men de vil ikke være med til at samarbejde. en rigtig dårlig oplevelse

Сам отель весьма хорош. Просторные номера, хороший интерьер. Без транспорта тут делать нечего, т.к. выход с отеля ведет вас на трассу.

Clean rooms and easy accessibility to everywhere around phuket if you drive. Jacuzzi bathtub is dirty and smelly when you use the massage system. Please avoid using it. Staffs are helpful.

Black mold in the shower, walls and curtains. This hotels time has come and gone. Outdated and just horrible place to stay. Word to the wise dont book staying here.

Nice Spot bit hard to get into Town

We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom with ‘sea view’ only issue we had with the hotel is the stairs with having a pram it wasn’t convenient. I’m the lift we had to go up 4 floors, walk around the pool, go down stairs then up 3 floors in the lift. Other that that it was a very nice place most the staff was friendly :)

reserve para 3 personas y luego cuando llegue me cobraron extra la ropa de cama... no me gusto!!!.... cuando uno reserva un hotel supone que la ropa de cama como mínimo debe estar incluida... me pareció un abuso miserable...NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!

flott stort rom, meget fornøyd med rommet. Dette kunne ikke vært bedre. Det vi ikke likte her var restauranten, denne lå på taket og vi hadde store forventninger da vi kom opp, men restaurant var kun en simpel uteplass med en veldig enkel meny. Tydelig forfalt vedlikehold, da isolasjon fra taket hang delvis ned som hadde løsnet. Vi spiste kun en gang på denne plassen. Hotellet hadde lite gjester, ingen bar eller fellesområder, vi var stort sett alene i basseng. Hotell ligger for langt unna den rene stranden med ca 2 km. For å komme dit må du ta taxi, for det finnes ikke noe fortau, du må gå i veibanen med livet som innsats. Oppsumering: Flotte store rom, men ingen fasaliteter og ligger i utkanten av hva den burde gjøre Great big room, very pleased with the room. This could not be better. What we did not like here was the restaurant, this one was on the roof and we had great expectations when we got up, but the restaurant was just a simple patio with a very simple menu. Clearly overdue maintenance, as the insulation from the ceiling partially hung as it had loosened. We only ate once in this place. The hotel had little guests, no bar or public areas, we were mostly alone in the pool. Hotel is too far away from the clean beach with about 2 km. To get there, you have to take a taxi because there is no sidewalks, you have to go on the road with your life as an effort. Summary: Great big rooms, but no fasalities and located on the edge of what it should do

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment at BayCliff and was terribly disappointed with the condition of the building and apartment. We had a 1 year old baby with us. Had to walk up and down ramps and stairs with our luggage and change 2 elevators to get to the apartment. We were shocked to see that our apartment was right next to a slump where squatters were residing. This made us feel unsafe. Building had a musky smell and the pool had dead insects. Air con in rooms were noisy and the living room sofa was torn. Furniture looked old and toilets were not clean. Floor was sticky. Next morning, there was no water supply at all. We could not get ready to go out and wasted the morning trying to get this sorted out. We were told that they were buying the water and not sure what time it would reinstate. Then the cleaner came to "clean" the room. She went into the bedrooms to remove the bedsheet, simply turn it the other way wrong and used the other side.This was the last straw and we confronted the frontdesk to get them to change our room. They then moved us to another apartment in the next building which looked much newer and cleaner. Thankfully, the new apartment was great and we enjoyed ourselves. This saved our entire holiday. Otherwise, our holiday would have been ruined. I will not recommend BayCliff residence. If I had known that it differed so much from the pictures, I would have booked The Privilege (buillding next door belonging to same company) instead.

Found the staff to be very pleasant, and very helpfull. Hotel peacefull and comfortable, but all the decor and fittings were "tired", and in need of sprucing up. Position wise it was fine, set back from the road so quiet, but only a short walk from road and taxis. No decent beach for about 1/2 mile walk.

Bad service, bad WiFi .
