Will be going back to Atlantis moving forward. Staff is not accommodating; you're just another guest in their eyes. Asked for a late check out,100.00 and hour (After spending thousands of dollars on food and drinks... let alone what I spent at Casino!!!!!

Friendly staff, lots of amenities, beautiful beach.

I wasn’t able to make it due to a medical emergency and was charged the full stay (2 nights + 3rd free) rather than JUST the first night

2 guys traveling NO BATHROOM DOOR !!! Shower , toilet , Vanity and guest room entrance are opened !!! No privacy!!! We asked the front desk agent, to change room He said all the rooms are like that Unless we will pay additional $250 + Tax per night to get a larger room with door to the Toilte room … 😡😡😡😡 We had to use lobby bathroom to get privacy When one took shower the other one was at the balcony …. This is crazy…. The WiFi art the hotel guest room is horrible! Part of the resort fee is the provide internet To get internet I had to be at the front desk area to be able to use the internet with better connection Taxi prices are set based on the driver feeling that moment or how much you need a ride …. They taking advantage on Hotel Guests and Hotel guys can’t do nothing about it They know the Taxi ripping guest off !!!!! And some taxi drivers are Liars like there is no tomorrow. Not what we planed …. Beach was nice and relaxed Had options for Restaurants at the Hotel ( expensive, but it is what it is ) Anyway, Not great experience…

The hotel was amazing. Christie, the hotel concierge, helped plan my whole stay and made everything so special. She’s the best!

Beautiful property, but a disappointing lapse in professionalism. My wife and a friend went up to the Sky Bar, ordered shisha and a bottle of champagne, only to be told shortly after that the bar was closing early — right after taking their order. Serving guests with the full intent of shutting down moments later, then pouring champagne into plastic cups and refusing to light the shisha, felt careless and unprofessional. We truly love this property and plan to return, but experiences like this take away from what could otherwise be a flawless stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! I liked the renovations except the bathrooms have no privacy, very uncomfortable. Also check out was a disaster. It took way too long, not enough people to check out guest.

Excellent over all staff was amazing very friendly. SLS hotel very clean. Amazing fun time in the casino, nice restaurants. Fun activities for all kids and adults. Beach was clean and food was very good. Recommend anyone to visit Baha Mar Bahamas.

We recently stayed at SLS for 4 nights, overall it was a great trip but we did have some hiccups during our stay. Tip: They have an alcohol shop in the airport after you collect your bag, highly recommend as drinks are VERY expensive at the resort, also buy alcohol from duty free on your way there, this saved us a lot of money on drinks (each drink was roughly 25$ USD) Also buy your own water bottles from the airport or buy from Island Essentials which was cheapest at the resort Pros: The beach, pier, lobby is beautiful - the resort overall is beautiful and very lush feeling due to the greenery and maintenance Concierge was helpful and kind Lots of food options Lots of shops and casino space Cleo was a great restaurant - and we mentioned it was an anniversary Food trucks on the beach were a great food option Check out the flamingos Taxis was readily available Download the Baha Mar App - was useful Cons: The concierge didn't ask if we are celebrating anything, even though we heard the previous guests being asked and given a drink voucher Beach staff in yellow were dismissive and rude Too many kids if you're looking for a relaxing stay Lazy river was great except the kids were walking through it and splashing on you, the lifeguards could care less and looked miserable Most of the pools cost money to reserve a lounger or a cabana so it was limited if you just wanted to enjoy freely Common (free) pools had limited space -we were visiting during slow season Food and drinks were
