Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and organized. Everything was amazing.

The room was dirty and dated. Staff at the restaurants were slow and didn’t seem to know the menus or food options. The service charge has disincentivized good service. The front desk and concierge staff were the only saving grace.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable

The room was spotless and the resort was beautiful. My only complaint is the staff doesn’t tell you the mini bar has sensors if you move an item it will charge your card. I moved items in the refrigerator to make space for my water and it charged my card thinking I had used the items. The front desk clerk did remove the charges but that is something they should let you know during check in .

The facilities were great. They had plenty of pools and the beach was wonderful. The food was so expensive I would not recommend this to anyone I know. The Bahamas is a great destination but pick a different place to stay.

The hotel room was microscopic for the price. The resort was overpriced in every way. Water bottles were $15.00 USD which is over $20.00 Canadian. I’ve had much nicer times and quality in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The entire setup felt like a tourist trap

Only problem were hostesses at breakfast restaurant who couldn’t accommodate a table for 1 in an empty restaurant

Room is too small… The balcony was not a full balcony. And there was no door on the bathroom that was terrible.

Our stay at SLS Baha Mar was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We came for our honeymoon and were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite at check-in, which immediately made the experience feel special. The suite was spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained. Daily housekeeping kept towels and toiletries fully stocked. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive and truly seemed to care about making our stay exceptional. The level of service throughout the resort genuinely stood out. The property itself offers so much to do. We loved the waterpark, animal sanctuary, casino, and booking excursions through Discover Bahamas. We booked a same-day snorkeling trip that included transportation directly from the resort. It felt safe, well-organized, and allowed us to snorkel over reefs, swim with sharks, and see amazing wildlife. Dining options were excellent, though the added taxes do make food a bit expensive. That said, the variety and quality were great. We felt very safe and well cared for throughout the entire stay. When we had a flight issue and needed to extend our stay, Miguel at the front desk went above and beyond to help us keep our suite and made everything seamless. We will absolutely return and have already recommended Baha Mar to family. An unforgettable experience.

Awesome resort. Everything you need is on sight as far as pools, water park, restaurants, Cafés, e.t.c. Only thing I recommend is not to forget any clothing or whatever else is necessary for this trip because resort shops can be quite expensive!

The casino was very quiet had very little vibe. Many different restaurants to choose from great cocktail, waitress by the name of Diane like the idea of regular glasses for beverages in the casino.

I am a fan of SLS Baha Mar, but during this stay, I felt disappointed. Not sure if the hotel was understaffed, but the cleaning was very superficial, and the room service was disappointing. Our breakfast tray stayed in the room for a day. When we came back, the room was cleaned, and they left it at the entrance. I called housekeeping to let them know in the afternoon. They asked me to leave it outside my door so someone can come and take it. The following morning, it was still there. When I informed the front desk during checkout, they didn't really care. This is definitely not the quality you expect from SLS.

Everything was very good to the room the food and the entertainment the rooms stayed cleaned the resort was clean everything was perfect 10/10
