Holiday Inn Resort DEAD SEA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

朝食はとても美味しかったです。 暖房があまりきかず部屋が寒かったです。そして、タオルの数が足りず、何度か連絡しましたが結果的に届くまで1時間程度待ちました。

1Fプールビューの部屋は広く清潔でホテル内どこへいく行くのも便利でした。 チェックイン時に荷物のセキュリティがあり、持っていたヨーグルトを食中毒の恐れがあるからと取り上げられたのが不満です。

I spend last 2 days in Jordan at this Hotel, and it was just the right choice. They're providing good quality of service their group hotels are providing in all other countries, so didn't have to be disappointed by cleanness,temperature of the room, noise, or all those basic requirements we expect from this kind of Hotels. All the staffs were also friendly and helpful, and when they knew my returning flight was around 2AM, they let me keep the room till 10PM with some additional fee so that I can spend relaxed time till the last moment. &Minibar in the room + mud served at private beach were free :) For those who prefer to make their holiday more luxuary or budgetary one, there might be other choices, but if you don't want to mess your vacationwant by hotel selection, this Hotel is recommendable.

スタッフが優しく、３人でキングサイズベッドでの予約でしたが、シングル3つ用意してくれてました。 死海のビーチも綺麗です

ホテル自体は快適でスタッフの対応も親切で言うことなしでしたが、肝心のビーチが工事中なのが結構がっかりしました。死海に来て他にすることもないので、ビーチに行きましたが、こじんまりしていて、浮いてる横では工事の音が・・・。雰囲気が台無しでした。

プール、死海のプライベートビーチは最高に快適です。 一番死海に近いプールは温水で、ジャグジーもあり、一番賑わっていました。 子供用プールは大きく、日中いろいろな子供向のイベントを行っていてにぎやかです。 逆に静かに過ごしたい人にとっては、子供用プールに面した部屋はオススメしません。 部屋は清潔ですが、最初に割り当てられた部屋はタバコ臭くて変えてもらいました。 3人で宿泊したので、追加のタオルをハウスキーピングにお願いしたのですが、かなり時間がかかりました。次の日の掃除のあともタオルが足りず、再度リクエストする必要がありました。 部屋の中の飲み物やスナックは無料です。 お風呂のシャワーは可動式です。小さいお子さんには便利だと思います。 スリッパ、バスローブはありませんでした。

The people in this resort elevated the experience so much!!! The DJ (I think Sarah) is amazing, and a very special thank you and shout out to everyone who went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. Saleh, Faisal, Hassan the manager, Hamza at the pool, and everyone in between is so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for the pools, the food, the views, the vibes, and above all the great treatment from the staff everywhere. Thank you everyone!! The bed is comfortable rooms are clean, there are two main restaurants, but I think a malls also near by if you wanted more options. Great time!

Yasmin were so nice to us gave us a free upgrade and pools were amazing so many of them and night party was amazing as well the landscaping awesome

The staff were welcoming and helpful.. pools were clean and easy to access. Overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the drinks weren’t as expected at the pool bar and the parking was almost full due to people not sticking to their parking spaces.

I had the most unpleasant experience at this supposed 5-star hotel. Despite booking a room for four people, the hotel refused to provide us with the room due to what they claimed was a mistake in their settings on Hotels.com. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the staff treated us in a humiliating and hurtful manner, even going so far as to threaten us with security and the police. This was, by far, the worst hospitality experience we’ve ever had. I strongly advise against staying here—utterly disappointing and unworthy of its 5-star hotel.

We only stayed here for 1 night on the way back to Amman from Wadi Rum. I loved the Dead Sea mud by the beach that you could apply. The floating experience was great too as was the buffet breakfast and evening meal

Great place for families. The family room is very spacious and comfortable. Multiple pools to choose from. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is the best option in my opinion as well as the lounge. Food at 393 was not too good.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a large closet for luggage storage. Although we hadn't specifically booked a sea-view room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive one with a partial view, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The resort offers excellent facilities, including multiple swimming pools, a spa, and a gym. One unique experience on the beach was applying mud from the Dead Sea—definitely a fun and memorable activity. The food was consistently good and varied. While the buffet wasn’t enormous, it provided plenty of options. However, one morning there was no buffet, and instead, we were served an assortment of pastries, followed later by a large amount of additional food. Since we weren’t very hungry that morning, we felt bad about the waste. A buffet setup would be preferable, allowing guests to choose according to their appetite. The only minor downside was that many staff members repeatedly asked us to leave a review. While I don’t mind doing so once or twice, being asked multiple times became slightly bothersome. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this resort!
