I enjoyed one week stay with comfortable and safety in this hotel.

街の中心街にあり、何処に行くのも便利。　ワンランク上のホテル。　金庫、ティッシュボックス、スリッパ、ローブ、ワーキングデスク等が完備されているので助かりました。　あえて言えば、バスタブが設置されていなかったのは残念だが、決してマイナスではない。

場所が不便。ホテルの周りには何もないので、朝食はつけた方がいいです。ホテルのタクシーで死海まで片道40JDでした。いい車でしたが。普通のタクシーなら30位です。

たくさんのウェルカムフルーツが用意されていてサービスが行き届いている。アメニティーはトリニティという死海のどろを使用したものでとてもよかったです。朝食のビュッフェはオリーブのチーズのオンパレード。種類は多くないがデコレーションがすごく綺麗でした。

セキュリティもきちんとしており、スタッフの教育もきちんとされているように感じました。 あまり英語の上手くない日本人(私）が困ってそうだと、声をかけて丁寧に対応してくれます。 ルームサービスで夕食をとりましたが、両日とも美味しくいただけました（ま、外国では仕方ないですが、量が多過ぎます）。お部屋も広々してるし。2泊でほとんど外に出ていましたが、とても良い印象でした。 ただ、施設の老朽化が、、、、、コンセントが少ないし、壊れているし、WiFiももう一つ遅い、シャワーも温度調節が。。。ま、外国のホテルですから、こんもんかなと割り切れる程度です。

The property was exceptionally clean, and the room was both comfortable and well-appointed. Its location is ideal—just a short distance from the city’s main attractions and surrounded by a wide variety of dining options. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would especially like to extend my thanks to the entrance security team, as well as to Mr. Adham, Mr. Abdul Aziz, Mr. Saeed, Mr. Khalid, Mr. Jad And pretty much everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful, polite, and respectful. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to accommodation whenever I return to Amman!

Ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Speisekarte der Dachterrasse war sehr gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Zentral gelegen jedoch ist man auf ein Auto bzw. Uber angewiesen.

A great hotel and superb location with a short walk to the Boulevard with the shops and restaurants.

Very nice hotel conveniently located. Staff were fantastic - was a pleasure seeing Rashid's smiling face greeting us every morning for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff, good location in town

This hotel offers «executive rooms». Don’t go for that, the executive lounge is converted to a meeting room so you end up paying for a softdrink in the bar. The rest of the group booked via a local agency and got a much cheaper rate, plus free extensions to midnight for those with the 03:30 flight. I had to pay an extra night, even though I had the «executive» and paid a lot more. The staff was borderline rude when I tried to get the same deal as the others in my group. The hotel in general is a bit run down, but OK. Food is good, and the pool area looks nice. Still I cannot recommend this place.

Hotel offrant un confort parfait ! Seul bé mol le prix du restaurant....exorbitant; mais rien à dire sur la cuisine qui etait parfaite. Le service est aussi au top; n'hesitez pas à vous rendre sur le roof top pour prendre un verre ou diner.
