ホテル ザ ペラ ヒル

The area is so nice to be easy to find various restaurants and shops. However, the night was so loud and could not sleep well. I don’t want to consider next time to use again.

ホテルマンの対応はよかった。 朝食が7時30分からとなっていたが，その時間に行っても準備できていなかった。 実際に朝食の準備が終了したのは7時50分頃だった。

このホテルでは指定したタイプの部屋に滞在出来ませんでした。 私どもはホテルを選択する時に部屋の広さを重視しています。予約時にサイト上から部屋の詳細を確認し、広さやバスタブの有無などをチェックした上で予約しました。ところが部屋に通されてみてびっくり！ 狭い、バスタブも無い、予約した部屋より明らかにランクの下の部屋でした。レセプションに申し出ると、チェックインした時とは別のスタッフが明日の朝部屋を変えるとの話だったので翌朝荷物を作って行くと、また違うスタッフが「部屋のランクは予約したものと同等だ。満室で他に部屋はない！」との一点張り。今更他のホテルへ移ることも出来ずそのままの滞在を余儀なくされました。二度と利用しないし、皆様にもおすすめ出来ません。 私達の語学力ではこれ以上は無理と判断し、すぐにエクスペディアのカスタマーセンターへ連絡し対応していただきましたが、ホテルからは一切レスポンスがないようでした。 その後ホテル代の差額補助としてエクスペディアさんのポイントを付与して頂きました。お手数をおかけしました。 大切な旅行の思い出を格下げするようなことがないよう皆様も十分ご注意下さい。

It was a great stay there! Really, exceeded expectations. It was quiet in the room as our window looked into the inner yard. Breakfasts were tasty and fresh and served on the top floor with views which made breakfasts even more pleasant.

the reception guy was very mean when we arrived because we rejected using the very expensive shuttle service. there were 2 arab ladies that gave us excellent recommendations in the city

Staff were great. All the ladies working in the kitchen and dining room area were amazingly nice and welcoming, especially Rasha and Betul. There are plenty of choices in the breakfast section. The location was fantastic, it was 2 minutes walk to Istiklal Cadesi, where you find numerous restaurants and shops. If you’re not a fan of crowds and busy locations, this hotel might not be suitable for you. Our window was right above a busy street with many bars and restaurants which would stay open until throughout the night and playing music. However, for us this was a plus since we enjoyed the vibe even when inside our room. The negative point was that during our 8 days stay, the room was never vaccumed although we would leave it for cleaning. Only the towels were changed and beds were made. The last day of our stay, the room was super dirty and needed a good cleaning, but we couldn’t imagine staying there for another night! It would be great if the hotel consider doing a deep cleaning for guests who stay more than 3-4 days.

El hotel excellent

On a passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel ! Le service était irréprochable et tout le personnel était aux petits soins. Un grand merci en particulier à Racha, qui s’est montrée particulièrement attentionnée, professionnelle et toujours souriante. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Hotel cok eski ve bakimsiz, odalar cok kucuk ve karanlik, genel ve oda temizligi kotu, carsaflar lekeli ve kokuyordu, asla bir daha konaklamam ve tavsiye etmem.

Otima localização! Proximo a metrô e funiculare. Proximo a rua de compras, restaurantes e Galata Tour. Voltaria a me hospedar e recomendaria esse hotel.

구도심 큰 길 근처에 위치해 있어 어디든 가기 편리하고, 호텔 상태도 좋습니다. 조식도 튀르키예에서 묵었던 곳 중 가장 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 8층 테라스에서 도심 및 바다가 내려다 보이는 즐거운 환경에서 식사할 수 있습니다. 직원인 Rasha 도 조식 서비스와 더불어 이스탄불에 대한 많은 정보를 친절히 알려주어 좋은 여행이 되었습니다.

Great location and helpful staff, including ladies Ms. Rasha on the roof and Ms. Melisa on reception. Gentlemen were helpful as well. But housekeeping service was limited, no vacuum cleaning at all during the whole stay. Including shower floor. Until I clean it myself.

Otel lokasyon olarak cok iyi konumda.odalar temiz,gunluk temizlik yapiliyor..kahvalti salonu teras katta bulunuyor.Raşa Hanim tüm konuklara gidilecek,görülecek yerler vb. her konuda cok yardimci oluyor,onerilerde bulunuyor. Teşekkürler

Yeri güzel temiz sessiz sakın fakat kahvaltısı çok eksikti
