クトゥルーカン オールドタウン ホテル

ファミリースイートに二泊しました。２ベッドルーム(ダブルベッド＋シングルベッド）でとても快適でした。静かで景色もよかったです。有名なイスケンデル・ケバブ屋さんまで徒歩1分、コザ・ハンまで徒歩3～4分、他いろいろなバザールも徒歩圏内ですごく便利です。スタッフの方もとても感じがよかったです。SPAがクローズだったのが残念ですがまたぜひ利用したいホテルです。

Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, hotel was a bit old but still nice

Terrible smell like sewerage and dirty rooms. Staff very friendly.

I selected the hotel, because of 1. Location, 2. Breakfast with a view, 3. Valet parking (we paid extra) and 4. Spa and pool. Location and breakfast room were good. Valet parking we paid extra didn’t happen (it was provided without problem from the other hotel before we stayed in the similar area) Spa and pool were closed (it was not for the maintenance. It would’ve been closed for a while) On the top of those, when I was having shower around 10 pm, a strong sewage smell started coming from the drainage. As it was late and we were tired, we didn’t ask to change the room. We kept the fan on and the bathroom door shut to hope at least the odour wouldn’t come to the bed area. Unfortunately, I got a stomach bug and had to go to bathroom, which was filled almost unbearable smell, many times during the night. We reported that odour when we checked out next morning. The receptionist said sorry and would report to the manager. Then she just said good-bye, not offering anything for our discomfort at the stay. In general, we were easy-to-please with most of accommodations. However, it was really bad experience and this hotel have wrong information on the listing and the staff behaviour was not as good as other similar hotels.

Konum olarak güzel yerde. Kahvaltı ortalamanın az üstü. Konfor idare eder. Kobum dolayısıyla tercih ettik. Ulu Cami, Kozahan vb tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde.

Kind hospitality

Located in the middle of the Grand Bazar, we had convenient access to all the sites. Hotel staff were friendly. Tuncer even helped me book ferry tickets since I was having issues. Rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty.

Well located, lovely rooms, quiet area.

Overall good. If I have to mention a negative side, I would say staff gathering at breakfast room. 5 of them formed a group like sitting in a cafe and chatting amongst themselves. For me it was really strange. Otherwise all okay. At the heart of the old town.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, sempre muito prestativos. Hotel antigo em local central, onde se pode fazer tudo a pé, com muitos restaurantes e lojas próximas. Apesar de clássico, ele está muito bem reformado internamente, moderno e novo, por todo os andares tem uma máquina que exala um perfume maravilhoso, quarto novo com mobília nova, toalhas boas, cama boa. Estacionamento do lado, café da manhã bom no padrão turco e tudo sem cobrança extra. Recomendo e ficaria novamente

This is a rare hotel in the immediate area of the old town and street markets. Rooms are basic and smallish and breakfast average. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man konnte uns sogar einen Freund des Hauses vermitteln, der eine unvergessliche Citytour mit uns gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist super bei herrlicher Aussicht im 5. Stock. Sehr nettes Personal auch dort. Das Hotel ist mitten in der Altstadt, mitten im Basar und fussläufig zur großen Moschee. Am Abend ist es jedoch angenehm ruhig. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

The location of hotel is superb and we also had the room with the view on grand bazar. Also the view from restaurant on top of hotel is great. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good.

Amazing view. Polite staff. Terrific breakfast. We were in too late to evaluate much else, but the room was way too hot and the AC unit turned itself off and couldn’t be persuaded to even blow the fan. Also, the shower hand-held part was missing, and water gushed to the floor if the nozzle was turned on.
