総合評価とレビュー Kutlucan Oldtown Hotel

ファミリースイートに二泊しました。２ベッドルーム(ダブルベッド＋シングルベッド）でとても快適でした。静かで景色もよかったです。有名なイスケンデル・ケバブ屋さんまで徒歩1分、コザ・ハンまで徒歩3～4分、他いろいろなバザールも徒歩圏内ですごく便利です。スタッフの方もとても感じがよかったです。SPAがクローズだったのが残念ですがまたぜひ利用したいホテルです。

Well located, lovely rooms, quiet area.

Overall good. If I have to mention a negative side, I would say staff gathering at breakfast room. 5 of them formed a group like sitting in a cafe and chatting amongst themselves. For me it was really strange. Otherwise all okay. At the heart of the old town.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, sempre muito prestativos. Hotel antigo em local central, onde se pode fazer tudo a pé, com muitos restaurantes e lojas próximas. Apesar de clássico, ele está muito bem reformado internamente, moderno e novo, por todo os andares tem uma máquina que exala um perfume maravilhoso, quarto novo com mobília nova, toalhas boas, cama boa. Estacionamento do lado, café da manhã bom no padrão turco e tudo sem cobrança extra. Recomendo e ficaria novamente

This is a rare hotel in the immediate area of the old town and street markets. Rooms are basic and smallish and breakfast average. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man konnte uns sogar einen Freund des Hauses vermitteln, der eine unvergessliche Citytour mit uns gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist super bei herrlicher Aussicht im 5. Stock. Sehr nettes Personal auch dort. Das Hotel ist mitten in der Altstadt, mitten im Basar und fussläufig zur großen Moschee. Am Abend ist es jedoch angenehm ruhig. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

The location of hotel is superb and we also had the room with the view on grand bazar. Also the view from restaurant on top of hotel is great. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good.

Amazing view. Polite staff. Terrific breakfast. We were in too late to evaluate much else, but the room was way too hot and the AC unit turned itself off and couldn’t be persuaded to even blow the fan. Also, the shower hand-held part was missing, and water gushed to the floor if the nozzle was turned on.

What an absolute gem we found right in the heart of Bursa and also providing free parking for guests. Room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good and the view over the rooftops from the restaurant was amazing. As you come out from the hotel you are in the Baazar already and all amenities and restaurants are very close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was great, very comfortable and clean. People are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the view as well. You can literally go everywhere in just minutes, especially to Telefrik. Highly recommend.

Das Frühstück war super aber unser Zimmer wurde nur grob „gewischt“! Die Lüftung im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Es hat bestialisch gestunken. Wir haben es zwei mal gemeldet aber es hat sich nichts geändert. Die Lage ist super zum Shoppen und Ausgehen. Abends sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Wir hatten 9 Tage gebucht. Für 2-3 Tage Aufenthalt ist es ok aber längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen da die Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt werden.

Clean room, great location, SPA, kind staffs and delicious breakfast

Das Hotel liegt extrem zentral. Bazar und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten können in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück ist klasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Leider wurde die laufende Wasserspühlung der Toilette während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Deshalb kann man es nicht mit exzellent bewerten. Wer lärmempfindlich ist sollte die vierte Etage meiden. Über dieser befindet sich der Raum für das Frühstücksbuffet und Veranstaltungen. Der Raum ist gefliest, man hört jeden Stuhl der bewegt wird. Ebenso sollte man kein Zimmer in der Nähe des Fahrstuhls wählen, weil das Gebäude insgesamt sehr hellhörig ist.

Nice place, friendly staff. Room was clean and modern. Only comment would be that our non-smoking room still had some smell of smoke coming in from under the door at times - I guess the neighboring rooms were smoking rooms. It would be good if they could have a dedicated non-smoking floor to further separate the smoking rooms from the non-smoking rooms. Would otherwise stay again.
