温泉が最高です。私の好みからすると、少し温度が高すぎますが、屋外温泉の噴出口直下の小さい湯船に入っていると、肌が一気に若返ります。ハマムも快適です。食事は朝夕ともビュッフェスタイルですが、少し種類が乏しいように思います。滞在中に天井から水漏れが有り、ルームサービスが対応できずに部屋を替わりました。

ホテルの方の対応はよかったのですが、施設が古く、不衛生です。特に温泉はひどく、垢が浮いていました。残念なのは朝食です。種類も少なく、素っ気ない味でした。

温泉施設が外と中にあり、遅くまで入れるのと、トルコ式ハマムやサウナ、プールも充実しており、快適に過ごせました。　パムッカレ北門までは歩いても20分位で、乗り合いバスなら南門まで連れて行ってもらえます。

Standard room very dated and in poor conversation. Some of common areas also in poor conservation like swimming pool showers.

Akşam geç saatte giriş yaptım,reception pernoleni, güler yüzlü yardımcı oldular.Odalar çok kötü,spa bölümü rezalet.Odakarda ucuz kağıt terlik,klima rahatsız edici,banyolar kötü kokuyor.Spa bölümüne inmem istedim bornoz havlu vb ihtiyaçlar bulunmuyor,yardımcı olanda yok.Neyse gece gürültü ortamda uyudum.Sabah kahvaltısına indim ,inşaat şantiyelerinde kahvaltı görünümü herşey karma karışık,Herşeyi ile tek yıldızı bile hak etmiyor.

Oda trmizliği çok kötüydü. Roz alınmamış yatak altları toz içinde. Sabun yok duş jeli şampuan zaten yoktu. Odalarve korudorlar inanılmaz soğuktu. Üşüdük. Artı oda tozu hasta olarak çıktık. Büyük bir beklentim yoktu, kusırda aramıyorum amaodada neden temiz tealim edilmez ki

Noise: the hotel plays club music in the open courtyard 8-11pm where old male guests try to dance with youbg belly dancers. The walls are so thin you can hear entire conversations next door so with that kind of music you wont be ablw tonsleep. Staff refuse to tuen it down. If you have tours scheduled early (some tours depart around 5am), you'll be exhausted. Worsr cuatomer service I've ever experienced where the stafd will hang up on you and ignore you for an hour when youre standing right in front of them. The front desk was annoyed with my request to turn down the music so they fave out my passport info to a nosy bystander guest when he asked for it Cold water: if you plan on showering at the same time as other guests, you won't have hot water Cleanliness: i found pubic hairs on the bathroom doors when i first entered my new room Bed: the ned is rock hard and feels like sleeping on a plank It's really a 3 star hotel at best. Very old and outdated. Horrific cusromer service

Loved the indoor thermal hot spring. Food very good. Pools to cold. No washcloths. Said use pool towels but then charged for them. We didnt bring money down to swim. Had to walk to room wet.

Hôtel correct sans plus pour un 5 étoile

I remember enjoying the five star quality of a hot springs hotel located near the Hierapolis antique grave site. Also located nearby is Pamukkale (Cotton Castle) that amazes any new comer. That was about 20-25 years ago when the hotel was brand new...However this time it was a little disappointment, as the hotel has gotten old and the quality of services rendered was not what I expected. I know it is a temporary situation, and with the conditions getting better in the country, the hotel will go back to its good old days. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel for everyone.

Oda berbat, ısıtma sistemi çok çok kötü, termal havuz çok sıcak insanın bedenini haşladı, sıcak havuz buz gibi, yemekler berbat Nasıl 5 yıldız verilmiş bilemiyorum. Kimseye tavsiye edemem.

The facilities are in need of an update. Insects in room. Staff needs training. Buffet was not appetizing, wasn't replenished, so if you do not arrive at the very beginning, there isn't much, and what's there is picked over, not fresh looking. Spa is okay, but expensive. The indoor pool is very nice, but cold.

El hotel es viejo, no tiene mantenimiento. El cuarto huele a cigarrillo.

Nice lobby, check in was fine the room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke. The dinner is included which is nice, and it was acceptable. There was live music and a belly dancer which was fun. The air conditioning was poor we opened our window and the lighting in the room was poor. The breakfast had food left over from the previous dinner.

Muy sucio y la comida es como para carceleros. El buffet se nota que es reciclado de varios días. La verdad que deja mucho que desear yo le daría 1 🌟
