近くにレストラン等がたくさんあり便利でした。

スパの割引など特典がチェックアウトの前日にメールで知らされたチャックイン前に送信してもらいたかった。事前に特典を知ることができたら、スパの割引を利用できたので、残念だった。

部屋のネスプレッソの補充が無かった

Was a brilliant hotel, very very clean, the staff was super helpful and polite, the room was spacious & plenty of wardrobe & cupboard space. Rooftop restaurant was spot on, prices so reasonable & a good selection. If i had to say any negative comments and its not a big deal, it would be no Atm or currency exchange at the hotel. Butbother than that 10/10 brilliant hotel, just what you expect from Radisson Blu, well done

Jacuzzi fungerte ikke og svømmebasseng var stengt for vedlikehold. Ellers velsig bra hotell med god beligenhet.

I was upgraded to a bigger room. The room was very noisey from the traffic that was relentless. I was most surprised the reception could not give me a map of the area. The street immediately outside is very busy, footpath narrow and unsafe due to steps and pavement in poor condition.

Staff are friendly and lobby staff Erind is very friendly provide excellent service. We will recommend this hotel

Aamupala sijaitsi ylimmän kerroksen ravintolatiloissa. Upeat maisemat, mutta kelvoton ja liian kovalla soitettu diskoon sopiva taustamusiikki oli huomattavan häiritsevä.

Perfectly located property. Walking or short taxi ride to everywhere. Staff were excellent. Zara stood out above all. She was so welcoming and helpful with lots of recommendations for what I was looking for. Really personalized service and experience. Thank you Zara for making my short time in Istanbul easy.

Patient and professional

This is not a 5 star property in any way shape or form. Highly disappointing. Pool in the basement is gross. The restaurant is overrated and overpriced. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and extremely friendly, making sure to drop water off at our room every day and did a fantastic job. Other than that, would not recommended this property at all

The 3rd bed is an uncomfortable cot which is unacceptable after a 10 hour flight, reception staff are not very friendly, the rooftop restaurant can’t get your dinner order right, but expect you to pay. The food was not of high quality either. The beef shank tasted old. After failing to acknowledge our anniversary by themselves, they sent us a plate of breakfast buffet fruit. We asked the front desk for support for getting a taxi, and they just said that they don’t speak English. We got zero help. Just constant snide stares. We watched the front desk manager lie to someone who called in by saying the system was down while he was using the system to check us in. We called to speak to Zara, the general manager, and no one has called us back. Gulfur from housekeeping was the most excellent person at the property! She should work at front desk or at least in management!

Absolutt et bra hotell når det gjelder rom, service, beliggenhet og ikke minst veldig hyggelige personer i resepsjonen. En liten ting jeg vil påpeke er frokosten – den stenger kl. 10:30, men de ansatte begynner å rydde bort maten veldig raskt. Flere gjester som kom like før 10:30 opplevde at de ikke ble spurt om de ønsket noe mer før alt ble ryddet bort. Det virker som man må være helt ferdig med å spise kl. 10:30, ikke bare ha ankommet da. Et lite forbedringspunkt for en ellers flott opplevelse.

When I reached there the hotel told me my booking was cancelled and then after 1 to 2 hours they said that they managed to get my booking. When they gave me my room it was too small and there was no view, the view was the parking lot with zero view of the city and when I booked they said the room will come with a city view. So I don’t advise this hotel to anyone
