優:很乾淨、房間寬敞，床大又軟、枕頭也好睡。廁所的連身鏡設計跟插頭的位置也很貼心。每天會補充飲用水。B2的按摩池、烤箱很適合逛完整天後去放鬆一下，健身房設備也很齊全。 櫃檯有位金直髮的櫃檯小姐辦事特別仔細有效率，問她問題很快可以得到有效的解答，覺得她幫了我們不少 缺:附近的路很不平，從捷運站拉大行李過去會有點吃力......如果出錯出口就要斜坡上拉過去(坡度很抖)。不過這附近所有的旅館都會有這種問題，也不光是這間，這間離捷運還算近的了。

Sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal

Havlu ve çarşaflar yıprandığında kullanılmamalı… Kahvaltı saati içinde tükenen ürünler yenilenmeli, içeceklerin (çay) yenilenmemesi garip oldu.

Das Personal war total zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent! Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, je nach Zimmer hat man Blick auf den Bosporus, zudem ist man an einer zentralen Straße gelegen. Für empfindliche Ohren sicherlich nichts, aber für Krisensituationen sehr günstig gelegen, da vor dem Hotel eine große offene Straße liegt. Die Zimmer sind riesig, sehr schön eingerichtet und total sauber!

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Pera for a week three months ago, and the hotel itself was okay. However, we've been waiting for three months for a refund of the minibar deposit we had to pay at check-in. Despite calling more than ten times, we've been lied to every time; they tell us we'll get the money back in two to three days, but it still hasn't arrived. Therefore, we will unfortunately have to take legal action to get our money back. And this actually happened to us at a five-star hotel! We were robbed and lied to.

La habitación muy confortable y costo beneficio muy bien, un punto a mejorar es la presión del agua de la regadera. El servicio muy adecuado, Eren en la recepción nos ayudó a que pudiéramos hacer el ckeck in puntual y a la salida nos despidió de manera muy amable. Al hotel lo afecta mucho las obras que están justo enfrente y se extienden unos 200 metros sobre la avenida, pero supongo que ya pasará

Our stay at the Radisson began with a very unpleasant queue at Reception for check in. There were zero greetings exchanged despite a very small entrance where everyone can see arrivals. The first thing we noticed in the room was the red lipstick? stains on the bathroom floor. So we had to call room service within two minutes. There was no hot water in the shower. Bars of soap were only provided after we asked. The spa only gave out shower jel - bright blue. Like really? In the evening, I decided to check out the terrace and have a drink. Thinking they had my room number I went back to my room. Staff decided it was appropriate to call us at 1:30 AM demanding they come to the door to receive payment. We politely said that we would settle at check out as with any normal hotel. Overall the hospitality was very average for a chain hotel as such. Our expectations were not met & I would genuinely recommend some kind of revamp and to spare a few extra liras. I’m not sure if soap is the place to start from when it comes to becoming a more cost efficient hotel.

It was excellent, at the check in the room has an issue, but was fixed very quickly, the staff is amazing, the manager is very friendly and respectful.

Good location as it was right at the hill looking over Halic (Golden Horn) and very close to Galata Tower. Lots restaurants near by also. The top floor restaurant provides magnificent view. However, the facilities on site were visibly old and the breakfast only had limited selection. This is of course in comparison with other more modern hotel choices in the area.

The front desk, customer service and other staff are thoughtful and amiable. Especially the cleaning lady always great people warmly when they meet.

Was a brilliant hotel, very very clean, the staff was super helpful and polite, the room was spacious & plenty of wardrobe & cupboard space. Rooftop restaurant was spot on, prices so reasonable & a good selection. If i had to say any negative comments and its not a big deal, it would be no Atm or currency exchange at the hotel. Butbother than that 10/10 brilliant hotel, just what you expect from Radisson Blu, well done
