Otel çalışanları mükemmel. Resepsiyon, garsonlar, bel boylar ve kat görevlileri inanılmaz ilgili. Muhtemelen bugüne kadar gördüğüm en iyi çalışanlar. Otelde tek bir eksik var o da odalar iyi ama banyolar çok kötü musluklar bayağı eskidi. Duştan çok az su geliyor. Uzun boylu ve Şişman adamların duş alması 2 saat sürebilir bu suyla. Ama genel olarak otel rahat ve huzurlu.

The staff was helpful and friendly

Otelin havalandırma/ısıtma sistemi merkezi idi. Gece oda çok sıcak oldu, teknik ekip gelip havalandırma sistemine bakım yapmak zorunda kaldı. Bunun dışında bir sorun yoktu

Çeşmelerden uzun süre çamurlu su aktı. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi.

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in five-star hotels across the globe, I have come to appreciate and expect a high level of professionalism, hospitality, and guest care—especially from internationally recognized hotel chains like Sheraton. I am also a regular guest at Sheraton Bursa, where I typically stay with my family in Executive Deluxe rooms, believing that the hotel offers a dependable standard of comfort and service. Over the years, I have chosen Sheraton Bursa not only for its convenient location and comfortable amenities but because I believed the staff were well-trained to serve with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has shaken that trust entirely. This review is not written lightly. What I experienced during my stay was not just a matter of poor service, but a deeply unsettling encounter marked by unprofessionalism, lack of basic etiquette, emotional distress, and most troubling of all—discrimination. I feel obligated to share the details of what happened, not only to express my disappointment but also to help ensure that other guests—especially loyal ones—are not subjected to similar treatment. Even more disheartening is the fact that this was not the first time I have encountered problematic behavior at this property. However, I chose to give the hotel another chance in good faith. Ailemle birlikte Sheraton’ın Executive Deluxe odalarında sık sık konaklayan düzenli bir misafir olarak, her zaman profesyonellik, misafirperverlik ve saygı beklerim. Ancak son konaklamam, Sheraton markasına duyduğum güveni derinden sarsan bir hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Her şey çok güzel fakat pazar günleri spa ve havuz hizmetlerini kapatmalarını garip bulduk.

Konum olarak çok merkezde olmayan bir otel. Küçük bir spa alanı var. Akşam yemek yemek için bir restoran yok. Oda ve servisten çok memnun kaldık.

Küçük kızımla beraber sıklıkla bu otelde kalıyoruz her seferinde özellikle çalışanların sıcak yaklaşımı bizi evimizde hissettiriyor

Girişte 2000 TL depozito aldılar. Sanki minibardaki gazozları alıp kaçacağız. 2 yıldızlı otellerde bile bu uygulama yok. Ayrıca bu durum rezervasyon öncesi belirtilmiyor. Kahvaltı salonu çiçek pasajı gibi bitişik nizam ve kalabalıktı. Sıra vardı. Daha ferah olabilrdi.
