Best service, excellent professionalism. The reception, room, really nice. Although the restaurant is a bit spicy, it’s great atmosphere. My favorite part of this hotel is gym and Sauna. Great courtesy the sports instructor provided for our family.

Exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul. The service was consistently attentive and professional from check-in to check-out. The hotel feels polished and well-run, and the team made everything easy and comfortable. The room was spotless, quiet, and very well appointed, and the location is convenient for getting around the city. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

I stayed for my birthday, chose to go solo and the many staff members, so many to list, made it such an unforgettable, amazing experience, many thanks to all. Queen like treatment, the most comfortable beds and every request filled with promptness and many times proactively fulfilled. The spa services and treatment was the best ever! With the selection of restaurants I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Without a doubt I will be back here, maybe for every birthday going forward. XO

Très bel établissement avec un Personnel très professionnel et très aimable. La chambre que nous occupions était très agréable et bien décorée. La piscine est TOP car c'est une vrai piscine de 17 mètres.

Great hotel, fine dining and spacious room make this one of the best hotels in Istanbul. Security seems a bit too much at first, but you get used to it.

Breakfast was a good spread but not excessive choice. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Great staff restaurant recommendations. Overall very enjoyable

Pros: The room was great, good size, spacious, with separate seating area (there was an issue with the shower which left the carpet in front of the room wet after showering) Cons: Overall, the location is a bit unfortunate, the view from the restaurant is right on the football stadium which is 5 meters away and just not very aesthetic, we ended up getting ubers to go anywhere because it's not a very walkable location with high traffic streets on all sides of the hotels and barely any footpath, despite being so close to the Bosphorus it wasn't ideal to just walk down there as the hotel is surrounded by expressways. The breakfast was fine, but for a 5 star and it being the ritz I would have expected more and better options, such as a la cart options, barista made coffee etc. To get to the spa, you have to pass a floor that goes into a carpark with isn't a very relaxing atmosphere and smells like petrol. The lobby of the hotel is very small, no seating area other than 2 chairs and seems outdated.

The hotel is overall great! The staff is incredible! The majority of the restaurants are 5 stars the Nobu restaurant is not anything close to the kind in Miami. It’s also without a doubt one of the worst sushi restaurants I have ever been to. It really needs to be replaced.
