ゴールドスークなどは徒歩圏内で立地は良い。 フロントスタッフは英語が流暢で礼儀正しいが、清掃等のスタッフはあまり教育されていない。 チェックインの後にセキュリティー上の問題だとか言って、一度部屋に入っているにも関わらず部屋を変更された。 グレードアップだといっていたが、部屋に入るとシングルベッドが３台あったが、明らかにダウングレードされた部屋だった。

la chambre étais négligé pas de ménage quand on demande au personnel il s'en fous. Négligence des personnel pas de bonne accueil a la limite on de dégage dehors.

I booked this hotel for my mom’s stay. She said the hotel was somewhat decent for the first two days of her stay. However, on her last night, she arrived back at the hotel around 10pm and the AC wasn’t working (even though it was working every day up to that point). She called reception to let them know and they sent someone to fix, and the person left after saying he fixed it. My mom tried the AC again and nothing. She asked reception again but they never sent anyone to fix the problem. All night, my mom was boiling warm and couldn’t sleep at all. She woke up almost every hour and was not happy with the service she was provided.

I will never go in this hotel again

Es ist mehr als nur schrecklich gewesen, es war das schlimmste Hotel in meinem ganzen Leben, es gab über Silvester leider nicht so viele Möglichkeiten ich bin auch sonst nie in deira sondern downtwon und buisnessbay aber dachte komm probieren wir einfach aus, Leute es war so schlimm ich schwöre auf alles, entweder ihr glaubt es oder nicht, die Bewegungen alle stimmen diese negativen!!! Es ist schlimmer als ihr euch vorstellen könnt, nicht mal Tiere sollten da übernachten! Am letzten Tag ist sogar die Toilette ausgelaufen??? JA DIE TOILETTE ?! Habe ich noch nie gesehen, sehr schlimm und es waren über all Flecken einfach katastrophal der Inhaber ist einfach kein Mensch.. das war widerlich.. ich würde da nicht mal zurück hin wenn mir Geld angeboten wird, Trauma!! Mein Mann ist selber schokiert und er ist nicht pingelig.. glaubt mir jedes Hotel ist besser als das Hotel, deswegen zahlt bisschen mehr vertraut mir und es gibt auch keine Parkplätze, alles Lüge dieses Hotel, die an der Rezeption waren auch nicht so toll.. da war ein Mitarbeiter der hat nicht zur Rezeption gehört der hatte so türkis blaue Kleidung an der war echt lieb und man hat in seinen Augen gesehen das er sich selber dafür geschämt hat.. ich kann gar nicht sagen was am schlimmsten war, weil alles so schlimm war.

Es war in Grunde genommen, kein Hotel. Es war eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wie ein weitesten in Afrika

It was bad experience over all. The cleaness of the place was really bad. The condition was horrible. Service was bot good. They didn't had machine card had run around to get money. No towels in the rooms. I would not recommeded this place.

Bathroom was so dirty I purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean the sink and shower walls and shower. Floor had not been cleaned as there was long female hair everywhere.

Was last chance room because this date everytjing was full, i paid much more than general rate, but the hotel is just 1 star or less.

No bath towels for room and bed was appropriate for staying for two persons together

For the price,i paid $124/night for a lousy room.It was dilapidated,neglected very old roomThe drawers are old and dirty.I will rate this hotel 0.5.The towel racks are full of rust.You have to look for a space to hang towels to avoid the rust ,The towels are very old and full of holes.The refrigerator was very dirty and rusty.The drawer handles are falling apart.Very good fake photos.Maybe good presentation but in reality it is BAD
