安かったので期待してませんでしたがとてもきれいで高級感のあるホテルでびっくりしました。次回の機会があればまた泊まりたいと思う非常にいいホテルでした。

It was a price with beakfast, there was nothing. but room is clean.

Someone was inside in the room

The hotel is suitable for a one-night stay or a short visit. The staff is friendly, and the place was clean, which is the most important thing.

Big7 Motel, This place is unsafe, filthy, and completely inconvenient. The beds and towels are so dirty you wouldn’t even pick them up off the street. The health department should shut it down immediately.

This was the worse hotel I have every stayed in.

Clean

The room was clean, but had ZERO amenities. The towels were small and paper-thin, the pillows were small, and the mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. I tried to check out the next day (5-day stay) and was told I had to do this through Hotels.com, I contacted Hotels.com and was told I had to do this with the hotel.

Very dirty and small and crazy people outside

Bed Bugs. Dirty Towels. Broken Smoke Detector. Uninterested Staff. Permanent mold and mildew smell in the bathroom. Scratched up "graffitied" mirror. Weird floor plan were you needed to have the body of a child to get between the bed and the bathroom. Definitely deserve a refund but I know they won't do it. Checked in and immediately checked the condition of the bathroom and linens to see they were stained. Went to the front desk to request new ones and they looked at me like it's my fault, knowing very well I had just checked in 15min prior. Two days later they replaced them again during "room service and gave me towels in similar condition. At which point they looked at me like a sworn enemy when I was just requesting the most basic of decency. I understand the concept of "you get what you pay for" but there should still be an enforceable bare minimum of service quality.

Property called and cancelled reservation since they overbooked.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to absolutely anyone it was so dirty disgusting and the smell my goodness also the staff so rude

Trouble service

They denied me my stay when I got there! I was trying to check in and they told me my reservation didn’t exist! I booked through Expedia and eventually found out that someone else had canceled the reservation without my knowledge. I explained my case to the staff—no luck. I tried getting a refund—still no luck yet. Don’t go here. It’s an unsafe neighborhood anyway.

Pool unavailable week of July 4th.

NO wifi.

No customer service at all. Staff is super rude. And police show up while trying to get room key. Ghetto as can be kind of place

El cuarto sumamente sucio. Parece que nunca mapearon el piso. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido. El lavamanos roto, despegado de la pared, un peligro. Cualquiera pudiera sufrir un accidente si ese lavamanos se cae. El microondas nunca lo limpiaron. Cosas buenas: el check inn fue rápido. Llegué antes del check inn y me guardaron mi equipaje en lo que llegaban las 3pm. En el área hay muchos lugares para comer, sobre todo lugares Mexicanos. Hay un centro comercial a pasos que tiene Macys, Burlington, Guess y Dollar tree.
