スタッフがとても親切で助かりました

冷蔵庫やポットなどの設備がない。ランドリールームも周辺になかった。

駅からアクセスも良く、主なスポットは徒歩でLumen Fieldまで10分前後、Pike Place Marketまで15分ほどの立地です。部屋にソファーはありませんが、一人なら快適。ベッドは2人で丁度いいです。電気ケトル、歯ブラシ、ルームウェアはなかったので持参しました。収納スペースはベッド下に引き出しもあります。ハンガーは10個くらい。朝食のバリエーションはだいたい同じメニューなので、連泊すると飽きます。スタッフは優しい方が多いので、毎日挨拶をしました。

パイクプレイスマーケットまで徒歩15分位の距離にあります。 ルーメンフィールドにも徒歩15分で行けます。 部屋はちょっと小さかったかな。パッキングスペースも少なめ。 電気ケトル、歯ブラシ、ボディソープ、パジャマは無し。 チェックイン、チェックアウトは基本機械で出来るので英語が苦手な方でも楽に出来ます。 部屋に入るとiPadで空調、電気の操作、掃除の依頼などするホテルでした。 無難に過ごせるホテルでした。

部屋が狭いので長期滞在には不向きです。部屋には湯沸かしポットがないのが不便でした。便利な場所ではあるのですが、治安には心配な点があります。スタッフは全員親切でした。

Location is good for sightseeing and the hotel is clean and staff members are friendly and thoughtful.

ホテルは、とても清潔。ベット横のiPadで、テレビのオンオフ、カーテンの開閉、ライトの点灯消灯など、すべて操作できて便利だった。 スタッフもとても感じがいい。少し歩けば、パイクプレイスマーケットも近いので食べるところはたくさんある。私は、朝ごはんをホテルで食べたが、美味しかった。現地で払うよりホテル申込時に払った方がチップもなく安く済む。

Somehow the room was a bit cold. I am not sure if aircondtioner was on or not. There does not seem the switch or controller.

Loved this hotel!!!! 100% recommended. Everything was perfect for us … it’s beautiful… the only thing that I kinda didn’t like was the water pressure. But other than that everything else was Perfect!!

None of the technology/lights/blinds worked. There was an ipad to control all of it and it did not work. The bathroom door did not shut. It was about 200 square feet.

The one big issue that I had was the room was way too small it’s the size of a closet and not big enough for two people. Also I like the idea of using the iPad but if you are not good with technology you are screwed. Also the breakfast should be included when you buy your reservation to stay there don’t make people pay for breakfast on top of your stay.

Perfect location just across from the ferries and piers. The lobby and bar definitely had a vibe with people chatting, eating, drinking and overall having an enjoyable time. Staff were attentive and courteous. Checking in was very simple and quick. The hotel decor including the lighting, carpets, and art work are moody and interesting to the eye. The room was very cozy, functional, with everything well appointed. I'm not an iPAD user but it was easy to operate the TV, temps, lighting, and blinds on it. Best of all was the bed--so comfortable and the pillows and duvet had me curled up in a ball. No complaints or issues.

I really loved this place but the only one downside was that our iPad didn’t work for the tv or the way it was promoted. We kept having technical difficulties with it and had to report it downstairs but other than that it was extremely comfortable, clean and a wonderful stay overall!

The room itself was very clean. However, there were no face towels or water cups. I've stayed there on two separate occasions and it was the case both times. On my second stay the electrical outlet next to the mirror and sink did not work. Staff were amazing and upgraded check-in and check-out software worked like a charm.
