Very nice experience n the location is super good . U can go to any sightseeing spot within walking distance if u really enjoy city walking . The staff is also good n always wear smile . The overall decoration is very artistic n clean . Breakfast is also lovely . The overall rating is 9 out of 10

The self checking service is innovative and quick. The tech of self remote control at room is awesome as well

The location is great. The service was friendly and prompt. The rooms are smaller than any hotel room I have ever stayed in. I don't expect 2K sq. ft., but for the bed to be surrounded by three walls is for kids, not adults.

Really nice and clean, walking distance of Pike's place, the new waterfront! My only downside was lack of hypoallergenic options as I'm sadly allergic to down, but otherwise the view was so pretty and we loved the location!

Good modern property but the restaurant was expensive

We enjoyed our two night stay at this beautiful hotel. We appreciate Jinks who welcomed us and helped us checked in. She was the gem of the hotel in my opinion. She has this authentic friendly and helpful customer service excellence in her. She deserves a raise lol. She even gave us excellent tips on where to eat and what to do which we did and were thrilled about our whole Seattle experience. Me and my husband would love to cone back to Citizenmhotel pioneer square location.

Loved this hotel!!!! 100% recommended. Everything was perfect for us … it’s beautiful… the only thing that I kinda didn’t like was the water pressure. But other than that everything else was Perfect!!

None of the technology/lights/blinds worked. There was an ipad to control all of it and it did not work. The bathroom door did not shut. It was about 200 square feet.

The one big issue that I had was the room was way too small it’s the size of a closet and not big enough for two people. Also I like the idea of using the iPad but if you are not good with technology you are screwed. Also the breakfast should be included when you buy your reservation to stay there don’t make people pay for breakfast on top of your stay.

Perfect location just across from the ferries and piers. The lobby and bar definitely had a vibe with people chatting, eating, drinking and overall having an enjoyable time. Staff were attentive and courteous. Checking in was very simple and quick. The hotel decor including the lighting, carpets, and art work are moody and interesting to the eye. The room was very cozy, functional, with everything well appointed. I'm not an iPAD user but it was easy to operate the TV, temps, lighting, and blinds on it. Best of all was the bed--so comfortable and the pillows and duvet had me curled up in a ball. No complaints or issues.
