Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill. So back to the room to work, the wifi was so slow I couldn't get to my email with out "timing out". Okay, I can get something done in the business center their listing boast, but there isn't a business center there. There is also no gift shop either but they claim there is one one. If you like good breakfast in the morning, I suggest you leave the hotel to have one. I have traveling for years, this the first hotel I have ever felt the need to contact the Dept. of Health and Building Code Enforcement regarding a place I have stayed. Under new ownership this hotel might thrive but clearly no one here cares about themselves or their guest. Please look at photos I have posted.

クーパーズタウンは田舎なので周辺には何もない。車で少しのところにマクドナルドがある。ホテルの設備は申し分なし。障害者対応の広いバスルームは奇麗だった。部屋も快適。セルフ朝食もボリュームあり。受付の人も感じがよかった。おすすめです。

My bed had seen better days and the carpet was in poor shape and there was some marks on the wall

Very nice hotel The rooms are very clean

The hotel staff was very kind. We look for a pool and the fitness room when we book a hotel. The pool was closed and we booked it expecting to be able to use it during our stay. The fitness room showed a treadmill in the picture in addition to the exercise bike and that was not there as well. The coffee in the breakfast area is not for human consumption. The coffee in the lobby, however, is not bad. For the cost of the stay, the accommodations were limited.

This was really close to all the fields, but unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Hotel was very nice. We had a great stay.

Likes: Everything about the room (suite)! The complimentary breakfast was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The added amenities, such as the "gift shop & store" were really nice with a lot of choices for snacks & souvenirs. Being that is was a very hot weekend, the excellent AC in the room was greatly appreciated. The beds and many pillows were extremely comfortable! The extra amenities in the rooms, such as the ironing board & iron and hair dryer came in handy! Definitely, highly recommend at stay here whether just passing thru or for the MLB Baseball Hall of Fame/Dreams Park, or any other reason you have to be in the Cooperstown/Milford are of upstate NY. 10/10 NOT a DISLIKE, but merely a minor inconvenience: Pool & jacuzzi were under closed/under maintenance. Need more baggage trollies. Despite signs in the lobby and the elevator(s), some customers kept the (2) available ones in their rooms overnight and therefore were unavailable in the morning of checkout.

Best location for Cooperstown Dream Park. My absolute favorite part of this hotel was an employee by the name of Keith! Keith went above and beyond before during and event after our trip. Keith thank you so much for your hospitality!

Todo fue excelente pero para mi opinión debería de mencionar , la picona cerrada y el Gymanacio las máquinas no sirven . Creo que es un detalle.

The rooms were awful, you could hear everything going on above and next to you. And the woman at the front desk was unhelpful

property was fine and clean the service to get the rooms cleaned was a little slow. Their breakfast was mediocre.

Clean rooms, good basic lodging. Pool & sauna shut down (by New York State??) and that should have been disclosed. Staff was nice & friendly. Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee was terrible. Biggest issue: the price. NYC/Manhattan prices for basic lodging is pretty outrageous

clean room but a suite is not a suite because one coach was put into the room in the same size area. All carpets throughout hotel were extremely dirty, smelly and should be removed/replaced

GM and maintenance worker went out of their way to help me and my son. Top notch effort all around.

Every time we ran the sink water, a very strong smell of urine was present. Also, the shower floor was extremely slippery and my husband and I both slipped in the shower. On day 2, bfast was gone by the time we got there (around 10am) all that was left was one sausage patty and bread. Eggs and sides all gone. Also, we arrived at 2:15 and were told we couldn’t check in until 3:00- 45 min? Come on. That’s absurd and the check in girl was rude.

The room was clean, well appointed with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot. The continental breakfast selection was really varied and good all mornings, the breakfast meats were good. The staff was super nice, helpful & knowledgeable. The only downside aside from the price gouging due to HOF weekend, was the pool/hot tub were closed. Not having the pool open was a major disappointment for the nighlt rate.

Enjoyed the stay. Felt safe and very close to Cooperstown ballfield.
