We stay here about 5 or more times a year. We love the hot tub rooms. Great price. Most staff are great. Issues are its very outdated. Need updated tvs, streaming capabilities, better plugs, etc.

The room was okay. Could use some major updating though. The breakfast was just okay. The cereal was stale so couldn't eat it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk. Only complaint is parking is not good. I am handicapped and had to park around back in the unlit area.

The tv is broken. Just stayed here for the night. Would have been nice to watch tv and chill after driving all day

Good service, clean room

2 stars are appropriate for this place, the corner of the shower had mold in our room (215) and worn out furniture. It needs to be remodeled, but not a bad time if specifically used for sleeping. The bed was nice and clean

I was told the morning i left, that there would be receive a small amount on my card in 3-5 days. Did not see it yet and has been10 days. I would still go back. Cleanliness is important and i had no problem with that Staff was amazing

It was an amazing stay

The front desk guy was a little overly friendly with me, and cordial to my husband. It looked nice from the outside but the building was obviously old. We were on the second floor and the whole floor smelled weird/funky. Our sink drained real slow, the doors were dirty, especially the bathroom door. It looked like mold or mildew stains in the bathroom at the bottom and top of the wall by the tub. Even the walls in the hallway looked dirty. The mini fridge worked so that was great. It was wobbly though. The TV was old and the picture wasn't super great. The lobby was decent. breakfast was fine. They offered the regular diy waffles, yogurt, cereal, everything bagels, bread for toast, mini muffins, sausage links and scrambled eggs (a little too wet and mushy, for my taste and a few others that I overheard talking about the same thing.

Shower wall was cracked right through. Trim and Baseboards were rotting away

Staff was very personable. Clean Rooms. Wonderful location for the price. And the Breakfast was. Decent options. Would stay again!!

Wanted to charge $50 more than Expedia rate at check in. Staff was curt and arrogant. The room’s carpet is badly frayed, the common spaces are dirty and the shower never got warm. There are other hotels to choose, not this one.

This property is ok but could use some updates. The mattress for our king bed was awful.

Needed a dog friendly road-trip over-night stop. Traveled w 2 adults 1 kid a d a dog in a king room suite. Size was good for us. The room needed a desperate refresh. Sofa upholstery had visible stains (I covered it w a sheet to sit on it), toilet seat looked to be melted in certain spots, towels were worn down where yiu could see individual fibers keeping the towel from a hole. Didn’t bother with the shower. Overall it served its purpose for an inexpensive overnight stay. They do offer breakfast and the pet fee of $30 is bery reasonable.

Old, not very clean, television was antiquated, the door to the rooms were steel painted gray, kind of like a jail, they put us in a room with the people above us kept us up most of the night, and next to the mechanical room - opening and closing doors most of the night. The worst comfort inn we have ever stayed at.

Price was what made us choose this place. We were coming home from Florida and just needed a place to sleep. We were traveling with a small dog so I requested a first floor room weeks before our arrival. Our room was on the THIRD floor. The tub had a large rust ring around the drain. Beds were comfortable and halls were quiet. Breakfast was below average. Would stay again if just for a place to sleep.

Good service

Toilet tank fill & empty recycled about every 3 minutes. Couldnt sleep knowing it was going to gappen any second. In room coffee was beyond awful. Tasted nothing like coffee.

The room was older but nice. The whirlpool was a nice asset. Took a bath in it but could not get the bubbles to work. Breakfast was plentiful and had great options.
