Toilet tank fill & empty recycled about every 3 minutes. Couldnt sleep knowing it was going to gappen any second. In room coffee was beyond awful. Tasted nothing like coffee.

The room was older but nice. The whirlpool was a nice asset. Took a bath in it but could not get the bubbles to work. Breakfast was plentiful and had great options.

Was an ok stay. Not much in yhe way of dining withun walking distance.

Place is average. Staff is nice. Clean but could use some updating. Bed was super uncomfortable. They don’t have a poop anymore. Which the photos show a gym under the “Pool” section so they didn’t say they had a poop directly but it’s a little deceiving.

The place was run down , they didnt have towels for us and never in 4 day did a full service the room , didnt throw out the garbage or make the bed ...needless to say i wont be staying there again..

Wife in wheelchair requested handicapped room with walk in shower, was promised handicapped room but when checked in couldnt get room promised was a problem for wife

The hotel can use a lot of upgrading, the rooms are pretty out dated and the washroom. The beds were comfortable but pillows were way to soft but they do give you about 4-5 maybe for this reason. Breakfast was OK.

Wasn’t too crazy about breakfast. Everything tasted stale and old. The dust ruffles on the beds were stained terribly and the facilities seemed outdated.

Decent for the price. Elevator needs some work.

My first room (101) smelled really bad of smoke, to the point it really bothered my allergies. I had to go to the desk and complain (which I don’t like to do) the gentleman at the desk switched me to another room 212, which was better. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. It was convenient to many shops, restaurants and especially the Hospital (which I had my daughter in). In my opinion the hotel itself needs to be updated. Overall my stay wasn’t bad.

When we checked in, I asked pool hours and they informed me the pool has been closed all year for maintenance. Not the end of the world but frustrating since I specifically booked for the indoor pool. Everything else seemed okay enough for a single night until we turned the lights out for bed and the biggest cockroach I have ever seen crawled down the wall immediately. We packed up and left after that.
