Floors felt sticky and there was mold on the roof. The bed sagged really bad in the middle and felt like I was being folded in half. Check out is 11am but I was sleeping at 8:20am and the staff just opened the door and walked in. No apologies or anything. They did it again at 9:30am while I was getting dressed. No knock or announcement. When I said something she said the room says vacant however, they should have known it wasn’t vacant when they barged in at 8:20am

Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The door to my room didn’t lock properly, and there was a creepy door in the middle of the rooms. After a long drive, we found out that there was no water for a shower. The photos online were misleading, and if we could give this hotel zero stars, we absolutely would.

A terrible roadside hotel, it doesn't even deserve a single star. The pictures shown online and on Expedia are misleading and unrealistic. The staff is rude. The breakfast, which consisted of waffles and ciriel, was removed at 9:05 am, and the staff didn't inform the customer that breakfast would be removed at 9:05 am. We booked the hotel for two days and barely stayed one night. The pillows and bed were terrible. The two dogs in the next room were barking incessantly, making it impossible to sleep. We told them we would be leaving the hotel in the morning and wanted a refund, but the hotel said they couldn't. Expedia said they would give us a $75 credit for later. We told them it was the hotel's fault we left and that they should refund us for the day we didn't stay, but no one listened to me and they charged us for the breakfast and the room we didn't have. I emailed the manager about this, but I haven't heard back. Please don't go to this hotel with any peace of mind. If you are going to buy tickets from Expedia, think twice. I will stop booking with Expedia because they do not stand behind their customers. As a regular traveler, I will stop buying tickets from Expedia from now on.

I was put in a room with the tiniest of air conditioners and did not cool off the room. To be fair, they did try to put me in a different room, but not what I requested. They did refund my money so customer service is great. property itself needs a little more updating.

You could hear people talking through the walls. The grass was so high I had to take my dog to the hospital property that was behind the motel to go potty. Really needs a update. We didn't use the pool too hot outside.

The location was convenient for our purposes. Staff was nice but the property itself was not at the level we expected.

This property was not as depicted. I thought I was going to a nice resort like facility with a good price. That was not the case at all.

Seriously, it’s a trucker motel. The place was disgusting, the lights in the room didn’t work, the room smelled like smoke and god-knows-what, and there was a prostitute hanging around looking for tricks. Absolutely do NOT even think about staying here. The front desk clerk was very nice and the condition of the property was not her fault.

The room was decent, the location was quiet. The problem is that we were locked out of our room last Saturday so we went to the front desk. We told them the problem, they did not ask if we were guests, did not ask our name, and then procedded to activate a key for our room. This being said, chairs were placed in front of the door for the remainder of the trip. Anyone can access your room by just walking in and asking for a key

Please don’t waste your money. This place is in such an awful condition it should be reported to OSHA. I can’t believe they get away with renting these rooms. Stay away!!!!!

I liked the bed and you have plenty of hot water. The floor lamp bulb was dead and it was concerning someone could walk up to our door, slip in the mag key, and walk in on us concerning.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The whole property is in a very poor state of repair. It was dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable. There was no cable TV, and the few live channels had very poor reception. Even the lighting in the room was too dim!
