Great room!

Overall great. The staff were very friendly and the rooms and facilities were excellent. The shower is a little weak, but acceptable. Since it is right next to the national highway, there is a little noise at night, but it is not enough to keep you sleeping.

Cleaning of the room and politeness of some staff, is a bit expensive.

As good as good can be

Bed was incredibly squeaky and not level. Bathroom light flickered at epileptic frequency. There was no coffee. No Keurig cups. The sound from the street traffic kept waking us up. At basically $300/night and a Hilton brand away from downtown and any meaningful sights we should have at least had a comfortable, quiet room. Very disappointed and would like some form of compensation. We came home less rested than when we arrived.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Told me best local stores to buy food/drinks, as well as a bunch of great local restaurants. Even lent me a bottle opener when I needed one. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was clean and had everything I could want, right near the fun part of town.

It was clean, beautiful and the customer service was excellent. Love it.

The hotel staff was super friendly, our room was exceptionally clean and the location of the hotel was fabulous.

For the price, it was just fine. My floor (9th) was incredibly hot in the hallways, which was causing my A/C to run constantly. The TV and remote were both very old. The fitness center was incredibly small and there were 9-12 people squeezed in at 6:30am. The room was very clean and the restaurant was very good.

Guest service was great, rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was parking, I was not pleased with the lack of parking

Mi Esposa a mi nos gustó la ubicación del Hotel, la accesibilidad en transporte público y el buen servicio de todo el personal en el hotel. Las instalaciones limpias sin embargo ya prensentan deterioro al ser viejas.

Hotel was conveniently located but there were some aspects thw needed refreshing. The wall mounted padded headboard was stained and sticky, toliet took 5+ minutes to fill before you could flush again
