Overall great. The staff were very friendly and the rooms and facilities were excellent. The shower is a little weak, but acceptable. Since it is right next to the national highway, there is a little noise at night, but it is not enough to keep you sleeping.

The bathroom was a little dirty didn’t look like the did a good clean before the next guest came in but the front lobby staff we’re awesome and I would have liked if the food area was open a little later in the night

You was the best hotel and really fast service too great house keeping too I really enjoy staying there great meal too enjoy it all just only thing is need a closed in smoking area for guest to block the wind off on side on the front building that just about it other wise it was a great place to stay and enjoy the bed more got great good two night sleep Thank you so much Lenn J Tupper.

The front desk staff was excellent. Our stay was ruined by bed bugs. We were offered another room but decided to leave at 2am.

Unusable internet

Good location for us - we wanted train depot access and it is a short walk from there. Very friendly and helpful reception people. Nice restaurant - good food and friendly service. Room was of a good size and clean and updated. Price reasonable. Only concern - couldn't seem to control the temp and fan via the room thermostat. We were chillier than we wanted to be. We would reserve this hotel again.

Parking so expensive

There was cheaper parking within walking distance. Saved $30.

It was perfect for the convention that I had to attend for this past weekend !!

Convenient and cost effective option for West Loop area.

Great hotel, very nice and well maintained. Great location, right off the highway and plenty of shopping in the area. Views of downtown are amazing.

Overall a great place to stay at. Very nice area with a lot of stores nearby at a walkable distance. Parking price is the only con in my opinion.
