ソファベッドのスプリングが痛くていい睡眠を取れなかったことは残念でした。他は問題なく良かったです。

部屋が広かった。

Food options were awful. Scrambled eggs were passable, but the potatoes were inedible. Bread choices ranged from spongy to meh. Juice was not drinkable.

Great stay friendly staff! Older hotel however room was clean, felt safe close, close to cruise port would recommend for an overnight stay!

Our flight was delayed and we called ahead to let them know to hold our room. After 3 hour flight delay we finally were able to get to the hotel at 3:30 am. When we walked in, the hotel clerk Roger told us you are lucky I was just about to cancel your room (almost $400) and by the way I know you reserved two double beds but I gave them away. I told him I booked it because it was me, my wife and teenage stepdaughter and we couldn't be in one king bed, he was able to figure out another room. My wife said he was rude and condescending and I have to agree. When we got to the room, there was no air conditioning running and all the Florida humidity and moisture was in the sheets, but we were too tired to complain and had to leave for a cruise the next morning. This is a shame since this hotel is so close to the cruise terminal and the next day the person who checked us out was very nice but I would never stay here again.

i hate getting nickel and dimed. They charge $20 a night for parking. If I would've know, I might have decided on a different hotel. another issue was that there are no vending machines and nowhere to get even just water. i arrived at the hotel almost at midnight. once settled in, i figured I'd get a couple of snacks and some water. There are no vending machines anywhere on premises. i had to walk a block to a 24 hour Gas station/ convenient store like a block away. There are plenty of decent hotels in the area. My advice; shop around, don't take the simple things like parking and amenities for granted.

O quarto espaçoso, cama com colchão muito alto, roupa de cama excelente, o banheiro pequeno dificultando enxugar o corpo.

The restaurant was very nice but a lot of fruit flies in certain places

Bed is so high & no step ladder provided so I couldn’t get in it. I’m 5’ tall.
