The property was meticulously maintained, and the cleanliness was exceptional, complemented by outstanding customer service.

Loved my (M40+) stay at this hotel with my 3 teenage kids and would visit again if I'm in Fort Lauderdale. Pros: - Ample parking (there are 3 levels but I never had to park above the first level even when we returned at midnight) - Friendly staff (receptionists, parking attendants, housekeepers) and responsive service - Beautiful, spacious modern double queen room with desk, lounge chair/ottoman, kitchenette area and lots of storage (4 carryons plus backpacks) - Nice clean bathroom with shower (and they gave us 4 towels so we didn't have to request extras) - Full DirecTV package (hundreds of channels) - Pool / patio area is wonderful (the building casts a nice shade and cool breeze despite the 90 degree temp) - Glass enclosed elevator provides a nice view of the patio / pool area - Easy access to Route 1 and various restaurants, fast food and convenience stores nearby - Easy access to the Convention Center (10-15 mins) Cons: - Bathroom is a bit tight (door almost scrapes the front of the toilet bowl and doesn't go all the way (would hit shower doors) - TV is "small" but adequate (40 inches) but didn't have streaming services - Views from room aren't great (industrial) - 15 minute drive from the beach (wasn't an issue for us)

Return stay. Staff at front desk was extremely helpful. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back.
