Very comfortable. I liked how the rooms have access via two doors. One that leads outside or inside. Very clean.

No first floor room available and forced to make many trips up and down stairs to get to my room. I am handicapped and have trouble climbing stairs.
Also, had to change plans and ckeck out a day early. Desk clerked refused to tale the extra day off my charges for the stay.

I picked this due to the location but would just drive further into Missoula in the future. First there is no elevator for my wife who has an issue with stairs due to a medical condition. Next I ran out of hot water twice out of 3 showers. The breakfast is marginal with the same canned biscuits and gravy, packaged danishes each day along with a couple of yogurts, and waffles. Strong coffee with Walmart powdered creamer. Long story short, for the average of $147 a night we expect better. At least adequate hit water.

I hate the Democrat shower. Tiny trickle of lukewarm water. You have to crank the room heat all the way up just to keep from shivering in the shower because the water is of insufficient temperature and volume to keep you warm. It takes 30 minutes just to get wet and soapy, then 45 minutes to get rinsed off.

The had two problems one that the shower chair that they got me I'm at where a prosthetic the shower chair that they got me to take a shower with wouldn't fit in the tub wasn't right that's all they had gotta yada and then in the mornings two mornings we had no hot water so not overly all please

The room was semi clean, dirty around the edge. Carpet smelled. Bathroom had stains in the tub, toilet and walls. It is very dated a d could use some updates. Phone didnt have any information on it.

Over all it was fine. We booked and paid for a double king room then were told on checkin we had a double queen. Turns out we ended up in a double King. Rooms are very large. We were on second floor and i guess they dont have a hot water circulation system as it took
2 to 3 min of bathtub running to get hot water for shower. Almost gave up. Breakfast was mostly carb loading. They did have sausage but no eggs. Also Bisquit and gravey along with waffles, donuts cereal. Looks like maybe there was supposed to be yogurt but it was gone. Overall the place is worth the price.

The rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfy. The only issue is when we checked in, the front desk staff was very awkward, seemed new at her job and seemed just overall uncomfortable. It was kind of bizarre actually. She was sweet and apologetic but it was a strange experience.
