スイート ベイビュー (2 Double Beds with Sofa bed)に宿泊しました。10階の見晴らしの良い部屋で、ベッドルームから綺麗な海が見えて気持ち良かったです。 部屋は改装されたせいか比較的綺麗でしたが、絨毯が湿っぽくて気持ち悪かったです。 リビングルームが、廊下に面していてうるさく、暗いので、居心地が悪かったです。 ただ、朝食が無料で、25ドルのDestination feeで、ホテル内にあるコンビニで飲み物やお菓子を買えて無駄にならないのは良かったです。 3つ星ホテルとしては、比較的良いホテルだと思います。

部屋のクリーニングが遅くて、してもらえなかった日があった。フロントに言っても、対応してくれなかった。

No water or amenities provided, and the bathroom is tiny

Loved the complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour. However, the room was not as clean as it could have been, nor was the pool. Also, there was an event happening, and it was a bit loud.

Courteous, professional staff, ocean views, exceptionally clean room, fantastic & clean fitness/gym and pool area.

Like the spacious room. Lobby & eating area was way too warm. Unfortunately, our room's bathtub drain would drain really slow as you took a shower. Liked that ice machine & water refill station were together. Staff at registration desk were friendly.

It got pretty hot in the hotel itself and the indoor pool was overcrowded

Air conditioning was not working

Hidden fees. They charge additional $25 fee once you check in. Theres no way around it. Also no self parking. You are forced to pay for valet parking and waiting for your car; takes forever each time. Receptionist was rude. Baggage employee was rude. A lot of stains in our room on the couch and cushions. Very hot in the lobby. Wouldn't stay here again

Breakfast was perfect. Room service food was delicious. Location allowed me to walk locally instead of driving. Rooms are spacious.

The hotel is very nice but we paid for Bayview. They didn’t give us a pay view check in supposed to be at 4 o’clock. they didn’t check us in until 5:30 They said the room is not ready and we only came for one day, so that was really bad.

The dining area and hallways were uncomfortably warm. We have had way better complimentary breakfasts & coffee at other hotels. We decided to eat at a restaurant for better food and a cool setting. Location was nice, hotel staff was wonderful… but the temp of building / food was disappointing. Also, the door-stop for the bathroom door blended in with carpet, my husband did not see it. He stubbed his toe on it and broke his toe!
