pen station の目の前で便利。 部屋が広い。 部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念。

Everything is great. My room was quiet (thanks for my neighbors too) and the window view is incredible, which made me lesser stressful even with working in the room day and night. Now laundry got price higher than before but still convenient. The door to Pen Station is just in front of this hotel so I didn’t get wet in rainy days. Traditionally the front desk of this hotel never smile, which is always compensated with the friendly and kind guys at the baggage storage. I will definitely come back when the price is reasonable to me.

立地はよい。 ただ、SDGsのためか、部屋掃除やタオル交換は一日置き。そう言っておきながら、2日連続でタオル交換と掃除がなく、催促してようやくやってくれた。 エレベーターが非常に狭く、チェックアウトのためにスーツケースを持って乗る時、何度も乗れずに通過されて大変困った。

ホテル全体と部屋の中いずれも清潔で手入れが行き届いており、リノベから間もない事もあり綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。フロントのスタッフも親切で好印象でした。朝食はやや簡素な印象、もう少し充実が図られれば良いなと思いました。なにより、場所はペンステーションのモイニハントレインホールの真向かい、フードコートやコンビニにもすぐの所で、地下鉄にも連結、とても便利なロケーションでした。

Everything and everyone in this hotel are perfect!! I did exercise in the very clean and well- equipped gym while washing my clothes in the clean laundry room. The stuff people at the front are so supportive. The room had a super city view and quiet. I could have a deep and great sleep, which was healing my fatigue from my long trip this time. I am definitely coming back whenever I stay in NYC.

Staff was super friendly Breakfast was nice Hotel was clean Only complaint was the pillows were terribly uncomfortable.

The rooftop bar is great, and the proximity to Moynihan Train Station literally could not be better!

Excellent facility

Hotel in posizione comoda e centrale , vicino al Madison Square Garden e metro molto vicina. Le stanze sono un po' piccole ma la pulizia giornaliera è eccellente. La colazione è ottima con varie possibilità di scelta. Il personale della colazione è molto gentile ed efficiente. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, ho trovato il personale al deposito bagagli un po' più "nervoso" rispetto agli altri. Consiglio vivamente quest'hotel

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. With Penn Station across the street, you can go anywhere in the city easily.

Convenient right next to Penn station so easy to grab the subway. Walkable distance to Times Square as well.

As soon as I got to the hotel, I was told that I had been relocated to a different hotel due to. Them being down 15 rooms at this hotel. OK, apparently something happened with the electrical, or they had some other kind of problem. He stated that they sent me an email, but I never did receive an email. I understand that things like this happen, however, when coming in from a different city and you schedule a hotel for a specific geographical location, This ends up being more than just an inconvenience. Also, the hotel that They sent me to was a downgrade. It was a smaller room with a smaller bed. You would expect to be offered some type of compensation for this, or a refund. However, they didn't do that.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Clean bathroom, spacious room in the city. Only the room is in old style, wish they would be updated in the future. Personally preference, I like flooring more than carpet which feeling unclean

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura dal 6 al 16 Agosto. Camera doppia al 20° piano con vista spettacolare! Personale molto cortese, colazione abbondante a buffet.

Hotel con una ubicación perfecta. Cerca de puntos de interés a 15 min andando y con un montón de sitios donde comer o comprar comida a buen precio. Estación de metro cruzando la calle y Madison a 50 metros. El hotel está bien, lo único la limpieza de habitaciones que decepciona. Éramos 4 en la habitación y solo dejaban 3 toallas aún avisando de esto. Uno de los días se dejaron la puerta abierta de la habitación después de la limpieza ( menos mal que no ocurrió nada), estuvimos 10 días y cambiaron las sábanas un día antes de dejar el hotel,... Deja bastante que desear ese punto El desayuno entraba y los primeros días bien, pero a partir del cuarto siempre había problemas. No había zumo de naranja o arándanos y no reponían, faltaban productos para las tostadas, café malo no lo siguiente, leche bastante mejorable, poca variedad... Lo único el personal del desayuno ,muy amable y atento. Si buscas ubicación este es un buen hotel pero muy mejorable en otros sentidos.

You can visit here with all peace of mind. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms compared to New York standards. You won't experience the elevator and cleaning issues of other hotels or the fee charged for checked luggage at this hotel. It's a true Bonvoy hotel.
