There was no coffee available in the lobby before breakfast. I was told there is a coffee maker in the room but the rest of my family were still asleep and I didn’t want to wake them. Loud machine

We didn’t get room cleaning done after requesting it on our 3rd day staying. Also TV wasn’t working so we had to get it serviced. However, it still wasn’t working property after resetting. We ran out of body shower gel and had to request it at late-night.
