チャイナタウンにあり、ホテル他の階層は異臭がしたりがありましたがここのホテルの階だけ異世界。ものすごく良い匂いで出迎えてくれます。とても綺麗でサービスも良く、大満足です。ラウンジに電子レンジもあります。 ラガーディア空港のみの無料シャトルバスが出ているので便利もいいです。タイムズスクエアまでバスと電車で40分ほどでした。タクシーを利用するともう少し早いです。 ホテルを出てすぐのところにコンビニ(売店?)のようなところもあり食事には困りません。 清潔感があり部屋も広く、また泊まりたいです。

This was a wonderful, clean place to stay. Staff was very helpful, restaurants on the property and the amazing rooftop bar was absolutely AMAZING!! The views are out of this world!

Perfect for evrrything

To start off, thank you to the staff that were under some pressure to get everyone checked-in to their hotel rooms during an unexpected series of flight cancellations at LGA on the evening of Sept 4. The wait to check-in was very long, but they were able to offer us complimentary breakfast to compensate. The hotel room itself was clean with modern finishes and the breakfast was 10/10. We only stayed for the night, so we didn't get a chance to fully enjoy the rooftop space, but it did look beautiful! The hotel shuttle was a great addition, very convenient. However, upon arriving at the hotel, we did notice a very odd smell in the lobby, and then again in the hallways and even in the room. I'm not sure exactly where the smell was coming from, but it was quite unpleasant - it didn't have that fresh hotel smell at all. In addition, the AC unit in our room was obnoxiously loud. We were on the fourth floor, but we could hear the traffic outside as if the window was open - it was not. With the AC running and poor soundproofing of the windows, it was near impossible to get a goodnights sleep. From this experience I likely would not recommend this hotel to family and friends, but I'd like to believe it was just a one-time occurrence.

A very odd hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional but the place itself was like two completely different venues in one. The food was mediocre.

The onsite restaurants and hotel amenities were really nice

Check in was very easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed my one night stay and will do it again soon.

Where do I start. First off, it's in a crappy section of Queens- an already crappy borough (which I grew up in BTW). Next, my room had NO WINDOWS SO I COULD SEE OUTSIDE! Like being in a supermax facility! Next- the TV remote could not be manipulated to make the TV work...tried it for an hour plus. Lastly, the AC GOES ON WITH GREAT NOISE THEN OFF AGAIN A MINUTE LATER!!! ALL DAY..and ALL NIGHT LONG!!!

Because there is a restaurant in the same floor, food smell (seafood) diffuses through the elevator. Other than that, staff was very welcoming and nice. They allowed me to do early check in and helped in any way they could to make my arrival comfortable. Definitely recommend

Our stay at this property did not reflect the 9.0 rating advertised on Hotels.com, especially when compared to other 9.0+ rated hotels I’ve visited. The room had a persistent mouldy smell, the air conditioner was loud, and the windows did little to block outside noise at night. Additionally, the “clean” towels provided had black stains, which was unacceptable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this property and will no longer rely solely on Hotels.com’s star rating system when booking in the future.

The property location was disappointing. Not many quality food options nearby. The shopping center with the Target is run down. Check-in Checkin was mostly smooth. Standard operating procedure. Building The building is shared with a few restaurants which does create a unique environment,4

It needs to have raised toilets in the diabled room i had.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel room is nice and clean. Perfect area to stay in because its in the center of everything
