夜は注意が必要なエリアかも。ガードマンが常駐していたので、安心

バルボアシアターに行くための宿泊だったが、とても近くて便利だった

部屋はきれいだった。風呂は少し古さを感じた。 ガスランプ方面やブロードウェイは治安が良さそうであったがそれでも少し筋が外れると時間によっては怖そうな雰囲気を感じた。

観光には最高のLOCATION

部屋も広くて非常に快適だった。水圧はアメリカ標準と思われるが、シャワーは固定式ではなく使い勝手がよかった。ハロウィン期間だったため、金曜日と土曜日の夜は観光客としてはやや恐怖を感じた。

設備は古いが特に問題はなく、スタッフも親切で良いホテル。ただし近所に若者が集まるクラブのような場所があり、休日の前夜は深夜12時頃から3時頃まで大音量かつ重低音の音楽が鳴らされ、睡眠が妨害される。平日前夜は特に問題ないように思うが、近所のスポーツバーからの歓声とかは聞こえきて防音面で課題があるように思う。周辺にはホームレスが多いが、これはサンディエゴ中心部であれば大差ないと思う。

歴史ある建物で室内は改装されており、快適に過ごすことができた。

滞在最終日に部屋のお湯が出なくなり、フロントに話したが、改善されず、残念。最終日はシャワーを浴びずに終わりました。

Loved that it was walking Distance to dining, shopping and downtown. Hotel was very cute and Clean. Only downside was that the bed was very uncomfortable. However it was manageable for one night.

This was actually a great location and a very clean place to stay in. The parking is valet or you can park yourself in a superset parking lot for a bit more. The rooms were great and spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a good time down in the club in the basement. Room was too small but clean.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I booked a standard double bed room through Expedia with Gaslamp Plaza Suites in San Diego for 8/30-9/1. Before booking, I called the hotel directly (Aug 25 at 10:49 PM) and was assured by staff that “double bed” meant two separate beds. Based on this confirmation, I chose this hotel over others. Upon check-in, I was given a room with only one bed. When I called the front desk, staff admitted that standard rooms can come with either two twin beds or one queen, but told me the hotel was full due to Labor Day weekend and the only option was to pay an upgrade fee. I was denied the room type I had specifically booked and confirmed in advance. To make matters worse, the front desk staff treated me rudely, dismissed my concerns, and even laughed and spoke about me in front of other guests—behavior that was extremely unprofessional and humiliating. Those other guest happened to be my extended family. It was a coincidence that we happened to be booked at the same hotel. This experience amounts to false advertising and a breach of my booking terms, compounded by poor treatment. I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for not receiving the room type I reserved and confirmed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. What a cute room! We had a great view. Everything was clean. The upgraded suite was much appreciated!

Very convenient closed to all the fun places highly recommend.

Great hotel room setup for the price. Central to most downtown activities, very walkable area. Might not be the best for light sleepers due to the surrounding nightlife. Apart from that, had a great stay, was not bothered by the noise.

Property is really neat. I was there on a Sunday and Monday night. Sunday was really loud cars racing and people yelling. Monday was quiet. You are downtown so there are some homeless and strange folks walking around.
