良い点:1.アーリーチェックインと高層階の希望が通った。ジャスミンに感謝 2.真ん前にエンパイアスタートビルが見え夜景が楽しめた 残念な点:1.Destination feeの領収書をメールで送付とのことだったが、チェックアウト後4日経つが来ない 2.ベッドはちょうど良い硬さだが床板の角に何度も足をぶつけてしまった

The fan’s noise was horrible!!! The people of this hotel were not helpful at all. So irresponsible… I will never come back.

The service was exceptional, the area was amazing with tons of restaurants all around. The hotel was beautiful. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. My only regret is my husband has a fear of height's so we did not go to the bar on the rooftop.

Great service and wonderful hotel.

Our stay was not great at all. I paid for a high floor and asked for quiet. I got “upgraded” to 12th out of 28 floors with Bryant Park noise past midnight. No one can sleep through the pounding music. Then the rude reception manager when asked about our $25/d vip credit the next day, instead of saying “sorry let me fix it” said “it’s not our fault that Expedia did not transmit that”. It was too late for us to use. The elevators are slow at times. The espresso not great. On the positive, the location super convenient, room small but comfy, restaurant staff nice. Overall, given the choices in NYC we’re unlikely to return

Wir waren nun das 2. Mal im Grayson Hotel. Das Hotel ist super, vor allem die Lage und das Frühstück (das ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen). Was uns dieses Mal aufgefallen ist und nicht gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit. Unser Zimmer war verstaubt und der Staub war schon bei unserer Anreise vorhanden. Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem Hotel. In dieser Zeit wurde weder unser Zimmer noch der Flur auf der Etage gesaugt. Vor dem Aufzug lagen Papierschnipsel vom 1. bis zum 7. Tag, die nicht beseitigt wurden.

Amazing stay

Great look and convenience to Times Square.

The stay was not great. We were in a room with two full/queen beds and one of the mattresses was so wet when my daughter went to sleep the water soaked through her clothes. We called the front desk immediately and they came and brought towels to place on the mattress. They changed everything in about a 30 min process but didn’t have another room for us to move too. Fast forward the next day, the 2nd bed was wet and they sent up sheets. Also, floor in the room was very dusty and they never brought up the sewing kit. Also, towels were not replenished, soap was empty and had to call for toilet paper. Definitely not the 4-5 star experience we were expecting and used to in NYC. Also, rooftop bar was nice but only one bar tender and a line around the corner. Also, bar tender was stressed, drinks made sloppy. Again, not great experience for the price. Would not return.

Very clean

This hotel’s location is amazing! Walkable to many famous sightseeing places like Byron park, central library, summit, empire state building, time square, broadway etc. many coffee shops / restaurants nearby. It’s rooftop bar enjoys lovely view of the midtown. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The only thing i would like to comment is the air conditioning in the room which is quite noisy. Also my higher floor room view is a bit disappointed. Anyway happy with my stay!

The location was perfect—just one block away from all the action, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Pricing was very affordable, and the hotel itself was super clean with no sign of homelessness or dirtiness aprund. Also, the rooms were super clean. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay!

Attention, en tant que membre VIP, nous avions spécifié que le petit déjeuner était offert. Nous nous sommes vus à régler presque 300 euros. A l'accueil, on nous avait bien dit : petit déj inclus, au restaurant, on nous avait bien dit que l'on n'avait rien à payer. Idem pour la boisson : 25 $ à dépenser lors du séjour, résultat : nous avons payé les 2 bouteilles d'eau demandées, et même pas fraiches !!

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are cleaned to a good standard each day. The lift was slow and on one occasion we had to walk 21 floors to get to our room as all the lifts stopped working. This was resolved reasonably quickly. There are hidden charges for using the facilities eg. Wi-Fi - this was not clear before we booked. However the customer service team was understanding. This information should be made more readily available. Likewise with the $100 extra each night for potential additional costs. This is was not clear before we arrived. Some customers may not have taken this into account when planning their trip.

The staff were great, we loved the location. It’s quiet as in midtown. The room was good except the ceiling looks like unfinished, so we asked the front desk why it looked like moldy and bear looking. They said that that was the design but it’s not a nice look at all, it’s odd compared to other designs of the room. They didn’t give us any vip benefits.

Great location. Easy to walk to popular spots and great place to stay for couples first time visit to nyc. Will stay here again

The room we had was perfect for 2 friends sharing a weekend. The location was also excellent for what we wanted to do

This is the first time staying here and I would definitely come back. Centrally located. Not far from Time Square, Bryant Park, main subway stations and other great city attractions. The rooftop was enjoyable and the staff was lovely. There were times when the elevators ran super slow and the restaurant closed a bit early for breakfast, but the room was very nice.
