ヒルトン ショート ヒルズ

近くにショートヒルズモールがあり、送迎バスをだしてくれます。ただ、迎えのバスの連絡をしてもフロントで電話をとってもらえず、1時間近く待たされました。

ブランド・ブティックにニーマン・マーカス、ブルーミングデールズ、ノルドストロムが入った高級モールの向かいにありながら、テニスコート、プール、スパも揃ったホテル。ニューアーク空港からもUberで30ドルでした。NYCへは最寄りSummit駅からPenn StationまでNJ Transitが直通です。

Nice property - pool and exercise facilities were clean. Room was clean and comfortable.

Short HIlls Hilton never disappoints. Perfect getaway for a persoanl ME day, couples night out complete with Dinner and morning breakfast. Also, take advantage of the outdoor pool while the summer heat is still here. Absolutely worth every penny !

Convenient to watch a game at Metlife stadium

Overall a comfy stay. Rooms could use some upgrading. Front desk staff was just ok. Bellman was super helpful.

Our check-in rep must have had a bad day. While on line, a Caucasian lady walked in after and stood behind us, then walked in front of us to go to the little store and the front desk person called her up 1st. She had to tell him, we were standing and waiting longer to be seen. Additionally, a couple with a different check-in rep, was offered waters, but we weren't. Inevitably we notified the cordial front desk person of the experience and we were then offered waters. We also had to ask about the executive lounge access, which we weren't told about. I don't want to assume racial bias, but who knows. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will be back. They offer a shuttle to the mall (which is across the parkway in walking distance if you like). The pools (indoor and outdoor) were good. They probably should retile parts of the pool and fix some of the shades as a few of them were broke. The food at The Retreat is delicious and the waiter Alejandro was Excellent. It would be nice if the music was a little more lively on the weekends. Anticipate about $30-50 for a meal after tax & tip, which isn't bad at all. The other restaurant, called the dining room was closed. The patio & grill is only open on the weekends which is weird as the outside pool isn't closed (unless weather is bad). The executive lounge offers breakfast and light snacks throughout the day, which was good but Mon-Fri only. NYers anticipate a wait for Ubers/Lyft if traveling for a meeting.

Great property, hallways, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor pool were clean. Door man was super nice and respectful. Concierge lady was really sweet and helpful. I took my daughter and 3 friends for a 12 year old birthday celebration and it was a great stay, would totally return and recommend.

O recepcionista foi grosseiro do inicio ao fim Nao me lembro do nome, mas ele é o da madrugada Como cheguei apos 23:30, e sai as 5:00, nas duas ocasioes foi o mesmo Nal educado, carrancudo Ja fiquei varias vezes beste hotel nunca fui tao mal atendida

I booked Executive room: There was no bottles for water the coffee very cheap and no lounge available as per the reservation. I booked breakfast included but when checking in I was told no breakfast. Then the pool no good drinks no music very boring.

Room wasn't ready at check in time. Freezer in room wasn't working. I celebrated my daughter bday and has ice cream cake.. manager was nice enough to out it in the freezer except it looked like the refrigerator part. I literally said this looks like the fridge can you put it in the freezer portion. He said it was the freezer, it wasn't. Cake melted

Very clean rooms and prompt attention to special request for firmer pillows. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Would stay again.
