Thank you for two days. I enjoyed San diego life. Unfortunately, one of the two cards didn't work.

They could have better options

The breakfast options that were included were very good, plenty of hot choices, not just cereal and bread. Also nice to have a small frig and microwave in the room. The pool was very small, but warm. We checked it out but didn't actually use it.

Dirty and stained sheets.

Hallway, air condition was coming off the wall therefore it was not working

Was disappointed thought it would be better especially near the beach the hotel it seems like the he hotel is getting old needs to be rebuilt

Bathrooms are very small. Hard to close door behind you. Room was small and could only open one large suitcase at a time.The breakfast was same both nights we stayed and was not refreshed during the breakfast hours. Rooms could be up be updated but overall it was a decent stay and convenient for my family of 4.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Inn was close to public transportation. Staff were kind and came with good breakfast. Great amenities but couldn’t connect to WiFi on my computer and shower was hard to use. Took time to figure out how to set temperature of water for shower but overall good. Will use this Inn again if go to San Diego

The breakfast had lots of choices. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was nice the beds were comfortable and they were clean rooms.

I took my grandkids to Mission Beach and SeaWorld. The hotel was located close to both. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and well kept up. The free breakfast was good and convenient. I would stay again and recommend the hotel

The stay was average. Room was small but actually very clean. the breakfast was lackluster at best. No waffles or pancakes, no fresh cut fruit, no yogurt, no milk alternatives for the cereal. The worst of it was Maria’s attitude at the front desk. I called to inquire about a charge POSTED to my credit card which I was told would only be a pending charge and be reversed at checkout. However this is an actual charge on my statement which is not what I agreed to. Maria has 0 soft skills, no customer service skills and a crappy attitude when delivering the information that this charge would be returned within 3-5 business days. It would’ve been well received if she hadn’t seemingly taken my question personally.

Nice room; nice pool, kids loved the gym. Everything we wanted to do was close (within a 15 minute drive. The only negative was the option for food delivery. Only one restaurant in the area would deliver and it was Italian. No other options.

Location was great for my purposes. I really appreciate when something is provided for breakfast - it was also a good selection. Staff were quite friendly. And I liked that they had a computer available if needed with MS Office.
