ホテル自体はきれいです。 6人で宿泊するには少しせまいですが、空港までは近いので、寝るだけなら特に困りません。

Be prepared for a lot of questions when calling a shuttle. Not only terminal number but also, somewhat gate number on the road, your name and phone number etc. will be asked just to call a shuttle. While they are checking their system, you will be on hold. Noise on the road can bother especially non-native speakers, resulting in longer time to communicate. In my case, I was informed that shuttle would arrive in 20 min. The fact is that it did not come. So, I had to call again, after waiting 30 min. In total, it took 50 min. to be picked up. Considering the distance from the airport to the hotel is merely 10 min. I would assume my initial request was misplaced. Even on the shuttle, you will be asked which hotel to go as Hilton has 4 properties around the airport. The shuttle driver requested the address of the hotel in my case. So, I took out my confirmation slip to tell the address to the driver. I was the only traveler on the shuttle and why and what did they ask so many questions when calling. My phone was on an international rate. Calling uber can be much faster, easier and cheaper in my case. Staffs are friendly in general, but it is not unique to this property. The hotel is designed to cater for U.S. travelers, and it seems like they paid little attention to international travelers. I felt that their convenience or standard procedures did over-weigh the convenience or needs of international travelers.

That they provide a free lyft if no shuttle is available

Breakfast variety was good. The only issue was they didn't have a shuttle driver for their shuttle so we took a lyft paid by the hotel

The front staff person was very friendly on the day we checked in.

It was a wonder stay. We will be back.

From check in this stay was highly disappointing. We arrived at 2:53pm since check in was supposedly at 3:00. The girl at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful. She told me our room wasn’t ready. No apology, just it’s not ready. I asked if my kids could swim in the pool while we waited. She said no and giggled as though it was an absurd question. We waited in the lobby until 3:30 and by that point a new person was at the counter and she was downright rude. I asked if check in was at 3 and she said “just because check in is at 3 doesn’t mean we have to have the room ready then”. Maybe it’s my misunderstanding but I thought that was exactly what check in time meant, that is the expectation I have when I book a room and make plans. She also stated that checkout time is flexible. And this is where the problem lies. If you don’t require guests to check out by noon, the rooms won’t be ready for the next guest by the stated check IN time. When we got to the room there was an overpowering mildew smell. The air conditioner was super loud. Later that evening we realized the air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet. After the difficulty we had checking in we did not want any further contact with the front desk, so we threw a towel down. The pool heater was also broken so the water was freezing.

We had a double room/bathroom suit, was nice and clean nothing fancy but was perfect for what we needed to sleep get cleaned up and go out. Family friendly and clean.

Wasn’t good. Got in from flight after midnight. Got to room and A/C wasn’t on. So it was hot. Went to bed. Didn’t think it would ever cool off. Got up this morning and A/C unit was leaking water in room on carpet. I reported it when I checked out. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

Ain’t bad but can be better, now we stayed for like 6 hours only but in my opinion wasn’t that clean

The property was nice and the staff excellent, but we arrive the shower was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom which we cleaned up ourselves. The TV did not work 2 of the 3 nights we were there and they did not clean our room until we ask them to on Saturday. We arrived on Thursday. I was disappointed in the property but the staff was excellent and the breakfast was nice.

Everything was exactly as advertised; no surprises. Very helpful in getting our large amount of luggage loaded into the shuttle and to DFW on time.

Clean, comfortable and close to DFW airport with complimentary shuttle. Had 2 pleasant stays while traveling.
