Room smelled. Staff was pretty cool. Unsure if I'd book & again but location is great though...

The first staff member that checked us in flung both my ID and debit card and hotel keys at us on the counter instead of just handing it to us. There was one (1) visibly soiled towel available. I did love Rosie's food, but next time I can just go there without staying at this "hotel".

The room was ok. Did not feel safe at all. Rooms are small but again are ok.

There was no shampoo or body wash condotioner

I’ve stayed twice already and would recommend over and over. I actually just booked for February for my daughter and her husband as a little getaway. Love the location, staff was really friendly, room was great ,breakfast was good and is conveniently located to so much with in walking distance. I will be back again that is for sure. Thank you for providing such a good experience.

Service was great from both the front desk person and the bartender, but the building and room itself is very outdated. I thought it was odd that they had ear plugs for guests in the room, but during the night and into the early morning u quickly realized why! Not only are the walls "paper tub" the stove around the complex abs from other rooms actually reverberates throughout your room! Foot steps, balls bouncing, crashing upstairs neighbors, loud kiss in the early morning, made for a rough morning. If you're not a sensitive sleeper, you'll probably be fine. The beds weren't terribly uncomfortable, I just couldn't sleep well with the noise. There are also a few additional fees when you show up, $5 for parking and a mandatory $10 bar credit. You get two drinks for the $10 which is more than reasonable, but it's worth mentioning you'll be playing another $20 ish dollars with tax plus a $75 deposit.

Room and staff were fine, but they held half of my deposit with no receipt provided to the email I gave at the front desk explaining the charges, I did park onsite but was told it was free, not sure what I was billed for. Not a good business tactic, I won't be back because of this

Nice quiet and convenient location just outside the 'downtown'. Great jacuzzi!

The room wasn’t very clean, there was hair on the back of the door and the walls were dirty, though the bedding itself was clean. The location is decent and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Parking is charged per night, and availability was an issue. One evening when I returned, the gate was closed and there were no spaces left. It seems they issue more parking passes than there are spots. I had to call security, who opened the gate and had me squeeze my car into a motorcycle-only space. It was extremely tight, but better than nothing. On a positive note, the woman at the front desk was great. The area is loud, but earplugs are provided in the room, which helped. Overall, it was fine for a cheap stay, definitely has pros and cons, but largely what I expected given the rating.

Location

Downtown location is convenient with access to Fox and Crosby Theaters within 2 minute walk, and several bars/restaurants near by. However motel has very limited parking, maybe room for a dozen smaller cars for 240 rooms, all others park in public lot or on the street. Onsite lounge/restaurant area was closed during our visit. Complimentary breakfast was a block away (in the rain in our case). Facility is an old roadside motel, rooms are old but freshly painted with refinished bathrooms and flat screen TVs. Overall not bad, but not what you'd expect looking at internet photos.
