Lors de notre arrivée à l’hôtel il a été très long avant que la dame à l’accueil trouve notre réservation, elle soupirait à plusieurs reprises. Elle n’essayait pas de parler plus lentement pour aider notre communication même après lui avoir demandé et lui indiquant que l’anglais n’étais pas ma langue première. De plus, nous avons eu la chambre 102 au premier étage directement à coter de la porte menant à l’extérieur et sa été l’enfer! Je n’ai pas dormis de la nuit car j’ai entendu la porte claquée toute la nuit. J’ai avisé lors de mon Check out et la dame n’a rien dit du tout ! Juste un petit sorry ! C’est dommage car nous sommes arrivés à cette hôtel vers 23h seulement pour dormir et repartir tôt vers 6:30 am car nous avions beaucoup de route à faire. Alors c’etais principalement pour avoir une bonne nuit de sommeil chose que j’e n’ai pas eu du tout. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel et je n’y retournerais plus.

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place. It was close proximity to the shopping plaza and airport. The ambiance was relatively nice and clean. We felt as if we were at home and ultimately safe. We look forward to our future stays at the Hyatt Place.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing! I was not expecting a full size fridge, convection oven/microwave, full set of dishes/utensils, and a dishwasher! The room was like an apartment! It was also nice that the hotel provides a shuttle to the port and then back to the airport, but the shuttle service was a bit expensive compared to the cost of an uber.

Stayed one night in order to be close to the airport for the following morning. No good layout for four people. Limited number of outlets for charing computers, phones (not next to beds). Felt outdated but basic breakfast was included. That's why we chosed this in front of others. Would not do it again.

We were expecting 2 queen beds—these were barely full-size. Pillows were odd sizes & mis-shapen. No ice machines anywhere. Reception said we were supposed to use the in-room ice-maker, which would begin producing 10 mins after turning on. 16 hours later still no ice. That’s a real inconvenience when you’re on a road trip. Breakfast was ok…at least they make an effort with their semi-fresh fruit offerings. Location is still great, but the lack of a good night’s sleep leads to a lower rating from us.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Updated and nice. The bathroom was also nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the transportation drivers. They were inpatient and rude. The property and other stuff was wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed early check in. I would most definitely stay there again.

I like the apartment style setup. It was great for parents traveling with kids. Everyone had their own space and bathroom with a kitchenette and living room in the middle.
