Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place. It was close proximity to the shopping plaza and airport. The ambiance was relatively nice and clean. We felt as if we were at home and ultimately safe. We look forward to our future stays at the Hyatt Place.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing! I was not expecting a full size fridge, convection oven/microwave, full set of dishes/utensils, and a dishwasher! The room was like an apartment! It was also nice that the hotel provides a shuttle to the port and then back to the airport, but the shuttle service was a bit expensive compared to the cost of an uber.

We were expecting 2 queen beds—these were barely full-size. Pillows were odd sizes & mis-shapen.
No ice machines anywhere. Reception said we were supposed to use the in-room ice-maker, which would begin producing 10 mins after turning on. 16 hours later still no ice. That’s a real inconvenience when you’re
on a road trip.
Breakfast was ok…at least they make an effort with their semi-fresh fruit offerings.
Location is still great, but the lack of a good night’s sleep leads to a lower rating from us.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Updated and nice. The bathroom was also nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the transportation drivers. They were inpatient and rude. The property and other stuff was wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed early check in. I would most definitely stay there again.

I like the apartment style setup. It was great for parents traveling with kids. Everyone had their own space and bathroom with a kitchenette and living room in the middle.

Front desk advised bed linen for the sofa would be delivered to the room. 11:30 called front desk and was advised to come down to retrieve the linen. They could have given it to us upon check-in . Otherwise everything was great.
