This is truely the nicest motel style inn I’ve ever stayed in!!! The host really went beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Very basic room with 2 beds, small fridge and microwave. We appreciated having both a heating and cooling system since temps can range from 30 - 80 degrees in a day. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Spent most of our days hiking so this was a nice place to relax!

Quiet and comfortable with easy check in

The room we booked was extremely spacious, very clean, parking was ample, and the king beds were very comfortable. This was my first self-check in and did not receive the text with room number and pin lock access code. Communicating via Expedia was not effective or timely. There is nobody on site to assist and had to find another person staying there to message the manager. Once i was in, the stay was great. House keeping is on site only from 9am to 3pm and by request only. We were out of supplies and messaged the owner and they sent somone out to drop off toileties. Amazing service!! There was also a small freezer/fridge and microwave which was great for our 1 week stay.

Quick trip to LP and found this property. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Host very friendly with great communication. Very responsive and thoughtful.

Air conditioner was not working properly.

Beautiful, comfortable and quiet,yet right around the corner from the heart of Lake Placid.

Convenient and close to everything

This property is newly renovated, staff was phenomenal, and this was one for the best values we've had from my 20+ years on Expedia!

It was a very nicely remodeled room and very comfortable. Property owner was very nice and responsive to my questions. However, the ceiling was leaking from the room upstairs, there was barely any water/water pressure one of the mornings I was there, and the WiFi signal was very poor so we could not stream any tv when we had downtime.

Comfy bed but could use double the pillows. Nice and clean even though undergoing renovations. The staff is excellent even though it’s not in person. They were so kind and helpful! If we ever come back to Lake Placid we will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and responsive. We were pleasantly surprised we didn't hear much noise from outside or other rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but inside is clean and recently renovated. Good place to stay in Lake Placid

Arrived at the inn and wasn’t able to check in. Said our room was not a clean room and it had to be cleaned. Called management and they said there was no booking and there are no rooms available. Called Expedia to attempt to get refund and they did not cancel or initiate a refund and said it would take 3 days and they’d have to get in contact with management. Terrible situation as we had to find a new place and my credit card was charged for the room.

Not bad for a quick overnight. The window coverings don't quite cover the parking lot-facing window as well as they could. They don't overlap the molding, feeling as though you're a bit exposed.
