Hotel is clean and hotel staffs are friendly enough. Only few restaurant are available in this area, so you may need to plan to go other area by train or buy your food at a supermarket ir convenience stores.

清潔ですが、アメニティは最小限で、子ども2人と大人2人で泊まりましたがタオルは２つしかくれませんでした。冷蔵庫も電子レンジも、ポットもないので、寝るだけの場所としてはOKです。

部屋が広く良かった。

フライトの関係でレイトチェックインでしたが、フロントであまり愛想の良くない対応をされました。 事前に遅くなるとメールしていただけに少し残念でした。 部屋自体はとても綺麗で広く、清潔感もありましたが、シャワーヘッドから湯水が出ないという事態でどうしようかと思いました。

近隣の治安も良さそうで、ホテ設備もきれいで過ごしやすかったです。

大通り沿いなので多少騒音が気になった。2階の部屋だったが明け方のゴミの回収車の音はうるさく感じた。

施設は新しいとは言えませんが、汚いわけでもありません。チェックイン時もチェックアウト時もスタッフは優しい感じの方でした。金額がマンハッタンなどに比べるとかなり安いのでニューヨーク旅の際の候補に入れてもいいと思いますが、駅から住宅街を少し歩くので夜遅い到着だと少し不安かもしれません。

Horrible experience. Our microwave was down and inform them 3 times nobody came to fix it . Have to have cold breakfast . Shortage of comforter and we asked for more and they said they don’t have more and on what they offer me is TOWEL !!!!! This should be my last time there .

Ok hotel for the price point.

Breakfast was quite disappointing. The options included only toast, Fruit Loops cereal, and instant cup noodles. Who wants to eat instant noodles in the morning? I wish there were healthier choices like yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, or eggs. I would gladly pay extra for a proper breakfast. Additionally, there was no fridge in the room, which was unbelievable. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide a small fridge in the room.

You can tell the hotel made a great effort to upgrade the room we stayed in. The kitchenette was great, cabinets new and beautiful, bed was comfortable. So I was a bit perplexed when other things, fixable things, were lacking. When the hot water faucet in the bathroom sink was used, no water would come out. The bath towels were quite old and worn, and the was no door jam for the bathroom door to keep it closed. There was an ironing board but no iron and no full length mirror, which is not required but a nice to have. If things like those listed were addressed it would be an even better place to stay, especially since they went to the trouble of remodeling.

Room was good for the price. Overall clean, bed comfy. Bathroom looked recently remodeled. My problem was the sink lotion bottle was OBVIOUSLY used and half full. Why put used toiletries in the bathroom? This is unsanitary. Walls need to be painted ASAP. The walls and ceiling had left over strips of tape hanging as if there were maybe balloons from a party or something. The laziness of the housekeeper not to move this is bananas. There was peeling paint and stains on the ceiling around the smoke detector. Room DEFINITELY needs a fresh coat of paint. Other than that it was fine. I checked in after midnight and left around 10am. Just needed to rest my head.

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my stay. When I requested an extra blanket, the service desk staff informed me that no blankets were available and offered only towels instead. This was highly inconvenient and left me with a very negative experience.

The hotel was clean, there’s always someone at reception desk and they immediately took care of small issue w/ room as soon as I informed staff. Had no issues with check-in or check-out. Plus side, I know bathroom was very clean bc I could smell the Clorox :D

Für eine Nacht, z.B. beim Warten auf einen Anschlussflug, ist das Hotel noch akzeptabel, mehr aber nicht. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, ein Raum roch fruchtbar nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Einrichtung war größtenteils sehr abgenutzt oder kaputt. Die Wand im Zimmer war eingeschlagen, von den zwei Lampen über dem Bett funktionierte eine nicht, die Kofferablage hatte Brandflecken, die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war mit einem Klebeband zusammengeklebt und der Putz an den Wänden im Zimmer und an der Decke im Bad war an mehreren Stellen abgesplittert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche machten einen sauberen Eindruck. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders einladend.

This is a good place to stay if you travel alone. Very nice and helpfull staff.
