This hotel is most convenient and finest around MOA area.

The location was convenient and full of opportunities to keep child busy. The room smelled terribly! Wasn’t throughly cleaned. I didn’t request another room because I traveled with a child and was extremely exhausted.

Very nice place all who worked there where very nice and helpful.

Great location, staff was fine. Overall rooms were average disappointed there was no breakfast. Our room had lots of stains on carpet.

The bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location is fantastic! A very nice room, two small complaints 1)-was the water pressure in our bathroom was not good. It was very low. I’m not sure if this in effort to be more eco-friendly but definitely would have preferred better pressure. 2)-my husband and I both like it very cool to sleep, we found it very difficult to keep the temperature down despite setting the thermostat low.

The only thing is that parking is expensive.

We loved the convenience of the mall access and easy navigation to our room.

Great place to stay if you want to be attached to MOA. Much more economical than JW Marriott and you don't miss anything important by saving some $$$. After all, isn't shopping the whole idea of a stay here.

This is a great place to stay. The shuttle from the airport is a Bonus. Noted that it OneLip runs like twice an hour so plan ahead. The front desk staff, great. The restaurant and bar, great food, solid choices, and although it’s super busy, they pay attention. Pool is a whole vibe. Didn’t have a minute to get my work out on but nice set up. Love that the key has to be present to let you on the floor. I am going to come back to do the rest of the things I didn’t get to and I will be staying at this property. Period. Worth every penny !!

The staff was terrific. They were accommodating and helpful. A special shout out to Tia at the front desk. She was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our stay was remarkable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Both of the front desk staff we encountered (at check in and check out) were not very friendly unfortunately. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was not soft enough for my taste, but my husband said it was ok. I didn’t care for the pillows either. The thing I loved most was that the hotel was connected to the mall. How convenient! We did some shopping and would go drop our bags off and continue shopping. We would stay here again, I just hope in the future the staff is more friendly and welcoming. We did not feel welcomed at all.

The service was good. The carpet in the room and hallways had stains and were visibly dirty. Bathroom was clean.
