Very good hotel..

Very nice hotel. We arrived EARLY & staff was very accommodating. Shuttle service was great. No microwaves in the room but we found one on the 3rd floor. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Sadly no hot tub. Enjoyed our 6days there.

My stay at the hotel was excellent.The location was perfect, and the mall was just a great walking distance away, making it very convenient to explore. We had a wonderful time.

The pool needs to have a hot tub area.

The room was a bit outdated and stuffy, but the convenience was great

i booked the room for individual who lives in group home just because they can expires stay at the hotel so if they travel out of state won't be overwhelming. they happy i am happy i love that the staff are nice to them, service are amazing. my individual's wants to do it again soon to be back for another 3 night.

Over all it was just a nice trip. Was able to go to the mall, from the hotel .lobby. Didn’t have to leave the property.

My only issue was the person at the front desk put us in a handicap room because he mentioned that was all that was available with a king bed. The hotel census looked very low that evening, so I am skeptical that we could not have a regular king room as requested. Somewhat disappointing this time as it was one of our favorite hotels.

The check in process needs a lot of repair. Too long to check in.

We booked the Radisson for a trip to Mall of America and Nickelodeon Universe with the kids and while it was clean enough and the service was decent enough, this hotel is pretty underwhelming. First the shuttle to the hotel was late picking us up from the airport although it was requested according to their instructions. When we checked in, the room was not completely clean from the last guests. It seemed like the housekeeping team was unaware of when the room was being cleaned for a new guest vs the same guest so some of the last guests items and trash were left in the room and there was a used soap bar next to the sink. On our second day they cleaned the room but again left some trash and didn’t leave any towels. We called down and requested more towels but never received them until we went down to the front desk to complain. The food in the restaurant is just ok, again underwhelming. The staff’s service was very matter of fact, not super helpful or accommodating but not rude either. The kids loved the pool (because they’re kids) but it was cold and there is no jacuzzi. Our whole stay was basic, not bad but not great.

I stay here all the time, easy access to highways, fire lake grill has pretty good food or you can walk directly into mall for more options, their gym is nice and large and have everything you need in there.

Great! They should include free parking if staying for more than a day.

Self parking ticket didn’t work on first try. Staff were helpful with solving my issue, but my family was up against a time constraint and this was limiting. Despite this issue, would definitely stay select this hotel again.
