良かった

レトロなお部屋ではなく、ただの古いお部屋だった。具体的には設備が壊れていたり、なかったり。また、朝食はあるけど野菜はないし、メニューも少ない。マリオットのクオリティには思えない。 また、ホテル近くにはホームレスもいるし、部屋にいるとパトカーや叫んでいる人の声がよく聞こえるのであんまり寝付けなかった。

場所が夜になると色んな音がして怖かった。ホテル自体は朝ごはんも充実してて良い。

Everything is good. I love the atmosphere, because here is historical building.

きれいにしてありましたが、古さを感じました。朝食が充実していて助かりました。

スタッフが皆さんフレンドリーで、いろいろと親切に対応してくれました。朝食（無料）がとても良かったです。駅（出入口）の近くなので便利です。図書館の向かいにあるので、2つある出口は「Library」と案内のある方(SW)に行くとわかりやすいです。逆の出口(NE)に行くと数ブロック歩くことになります。

Other hotel were offered without knowing overbooked. The appointed hotel only work one elevator.

Althoguh the facilities were apparently well-uesd, all hotel staffs are kind to me, and I really enjoyed their cordial services.

ケトルもパンもなく貸すための物も無い。 コンロは何のためににある？

インフラは最高で、室内もきれい。電子メールでの連絡やフロントのサービスがもう少しこまめであれば満点でしょう。

Room setup

We may have just picked a bad night to stay. The room and facilities were great, along with the staff. The issue was there were several gun shots in the early morning from Vanity Hookah Lounge next door.

Really enjoyable and pleasant stay!

Initially, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with the MARTA station nearby and most attractions within a 15–30 minute walk. Dining options were also a highlight, offering a wide range of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, dairy, and non-dairy choices—very accommodating for different dietary needs. However, my experience took a negative turn. During my stay, I noticed what I thought were mosquito bites on my neck, but after returning home and doing some research, I realized they may have been bedbug bites. Even more concerning, upon stepping outside the building I saw a notice posted by the City of Atlanta stating that the structure was “dangerous and unsafe.” This was never mentioned in the listing, and had I known, I would not have booked the hotel. The breakfast service was also disappointing. Despite arriving right as breakfast began around 7:00 a.m., I found very few plates available, sometimes none at all. When I asked a staff member for utensils, she sighed and handed them to me reluctantly, which did not feel very welcoming. Overall, while the location and food options were strong points, the safety concerns and poor service left me with a negative impression.

Staff were great it was just the building. The 4th floor had flicking light and open area with ladder once you got off elevator. The room was clean just when you cut the water on make an awful noise in the room. Oh the whole shooting that happened in front of building and wreck was not the best thing either. I know that’s not staff or hotel problem but if you want to feel safe where you stay at might not be the place for you to have a long stay luckily only stayed for one night.

Comfortable bed, food spots are all walkable distances

Valet parking was kinda up there and wish I knew before that the parking garage was within walking distance. But the room was nice and clean, the elevators were fast the staff was nice too.

Will charge 50 dollars for parking when you didn’t even have a vehicle parked and will do everything to not give you a refund .

Im not sure if its the Residence Inn brand but this is the 2nd time i have strange charges on my account that i have to have removed. It makes me not trust the brand.
