飛行機の機械トラブルで2時間以上飛行機が遅れ、チェックインが24時すぎる事伝えたら、ホテルには泊まれない、料金はそのまま請求すると言われました。 アメリカに住んでる姉に頼んで24時以降もチェックインできる別のホテルを急いで探してもらいましたが、現地に誰もいなければ真夜中に途方にくれるとこでした。 夜到着の人は気をつけてください。 ここは融通がきかなくて最悪です。

【快適な点】 ・部屋が綺麗 ・空港までのシャトルバスがあり便利 ・フロントには飲料水コーナーあり ・部屋の中に冷蔵庫と電子レンジ ・収納スペースが多い ・少し歩けば小型スーパーマーケットとセブンイレブンあり 【改善が望まれる点】 ・壁や天井が薄いのか、音が響く（1F宿泊時の感想、気になる人は注意） ・デスク近辺にコンセント口が見当たらなかった（部屋の中に2か所）

空港の近くで無料シャトル便もあるが、一時間ごとで多少便利さが下がる。 また，どの階に行くにも少ないながら階段となり，重い荷物を運ぶのには女性の場合苦労するだろう。

地図で見る以上に空港に近く、タクシーで10分かからなかったです。また、大西洋を望むビーチも徒歩圏内です。周囲は中流階級の住宅地という感じで、近所のエルサルバドル料理屋も美味しかったです。

There should be a ramp from parking lot to reception. Area around hotel feels unsafe & street side rooms are incredibly noisy.

Staff was great

This is a great no frills stay. Short walk (30 min) to Revere beach, we checked in after 7 and I had no safety concerns with the evening walk. Our room was clean, location was noisy (almost directly across from reception) and environmental loud ( motorcycle ripping up and down the roadway). Mattresses could be better. Airport shuttle was on time, kind and courteous.

Very funky place. Smell of incense was very strong in room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This place is extremely noisy the walls are paper thin. You can hear every single thing that is going on outside of your. Seriously we could hear footsteps, doors opening and closing, the conversations people were having it was absolutely insane did not get a bit of sleep. Also the bed mattress are very poor, you could literally feel the wire springs in the mattress. Beds are very squeaky and not stable at all. Beds did not have a mattress cover just a simple fitted sheet. There is no soap in the shower only shampoo and conditioner. The lady at check in was nice. We only stayed here for a few hours as we had an early morning flight leaving out couldn’t imagine being here more than that. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to stay somewhere a little better.

Room smelled like cigarettes no matter how hard I tried to air it out from the time I got there. You can hear anything in the building in your room. Price is extremely high for what you get. Came back after a 12 hr work day and my door lock was deactivated even though I prepaid for a 2 night stay. I do not recommend this place unless they drop their prices to something like $50 a night.

It’s very noisy, it’s right beside a main road and the staff person was on the phone during the late hours. I guess chatting to his friend ….I wouldn’t stay there again… and for $220 I was expecting better rooms… sheets underneath had a plastic sheeting. I guess they’re having bed wetting customers

Had to catch a very early flight and hotel provided a shuttle. Room was clean and perfect for a quick stay and flight out. Would use again

Room was in a basement next to laundry and very run down - beyond wear and tear Long overdue for renovation and new fixtures and fittings Room was dirty and had a mouse trap next to the bed I would not stay here again

You get what you pay for.

The staff is great! However they made me pay an additional $15 fee that I was not expecting. Also there were two very loud guests who were arguing at midnight and no staff came out to made them stop.

It was near the airport and still very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only negative is that the tv had channels but you needed subscriptions for them.

No frills inexpensive place to lay my head when I got stranded in Boston.
