This was for work and I had to fly in early for a trip 24 hrs later. Patricia at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. I was so appreciative. Everyone was so nice including the shuttle drivers and all of the front desk staff.

飛行機の機械トラブルで2時間以上飛行機が遅れ、チェックインが24時すぎる事伝えたら、ホテルには泊まれない、料金はそのまま請求すると言われました。
アメリカに住んでる姉に頼んで24時以降もチェックインできる別のホテルを急いで探してもらいましたが、現地に誰もいなければ真夜中に途方にくれるとこでした。
夜到着の人は気をつけてください。
ここは融通がきかなくて最悪です。

This is a great no frills stay. Short walk (30 min) to Revere beach, we checked in after 7 and I had no safety concerns with the evening walk. Our room was clean, location was noisy (almost directly across from reception) and environmental loud ( motorcycle ripping up and down the roadway). Mattresses could be better. Airport shuttle was on time, kind and courteous.

This place is extremely noisy the walls are paper thin. You can hear every single thing that is going on outside of your. Seriously we could hear footsteps, doors opening and closing, the conversations people were having it was absolutely insane did not get a bit of sleep.
Also the bed mattress are very poor, you could literally feel the wire springs in the mattress. Beds are very squeaky and not stable at all. Beds did not have a mattress cover just a simple fitted sheet.
There is no soap in the shower only shampoo and conditioner.
The lady at check in was nice.
We only stayed here for a few hours as we had an early morning flight leaving out couldn’t imagine being here more than that.
Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to stay somewhere a little better.

Room smelled like cigarettes no matter how hard I tried to air it out from the time I got there. You can hear anything in the building in your room. Price is extremely high for what you get. Came back after a 12 hr work day and my door lock was deactivated even though I prepaid for a 2 night stay. I do not recommend this place unless they drop their prices to something like $50 a night.

It’s very noisy, it’s right beside a main road and the staff person was on the phone during the late hours. I guess chatting to his friend ….I wouldn’t stay there again… and for $220 I was expecting better rooms… sheets underneath had a plastic sheeting. I guess they’re having bed wetting customers

Long overdue for renovation and new fixtures and fittings

Keys didn’t work like 3 times. The girl working at the reception desk had to finally give guests a different type of key. The shuttle only goes hourly which is not the best. They have drink machines and they only take $1 bills so we couldn’t buy water because we had $5s. They also charged me an additional $15 as a fee.

Keys didn’t work like 3 times. The girl working at the reception desk had to finally give guests a different type of key. The shuttle only goes hourly which is not the best. They have drink machines and they only take $1 bills so we couldn’t buy water because we had $5s. They also charged me an additional $15 as a fee.
